Good service at the counter, nasty cleaning towels in the bathroom, nasty booth we sat in to eat cold food and gear about how one guy wasn't gonna do nothing on the clock, and another young girl complaining about needing to quit because she could keep a job and go to school and be a cheerleader, I will not go to this location again for a while. I have done a lot of reviews stay away from this BK.
Waited 20mins in the drive thru after paying and being told to pull forward and we'll bring it out, only for them to bring out the wrong order.
30 minutes to wait for what is supposed to be "fast food" is a bit ridiculous. If you do not have the resources to complete customer needs in a timely manner then please just shut down. This is utterly unacceptable for a place that should have an order to pick up time of less that 7 minutes. I can go to a sit down restaurant and get my food quicker than I did at the Red Bank location of burger King. Won't be back to this location until they get some staff to support their customers needs
Horrible don't waste your time!! Totally dead when we went there dinning room open so we went in . workers looked at us like why did we come in. So we waited at counter for 5 minutes until they finally spoke to us and said dinning room closed . I said sign said dinning room open till 10pm . and would take our order , said you can go thru drive thru and we will take our order. I was like really? Then a guy named Charles walked around and said who unlocked the door the girl named a name I didnt catches it. So instead of getting our business they didnt to argue abiut the dinning room being close. They had no one there. So we left trying to get the general manager name but wouldn't give it to us so we left and spent our money else where.. They spent all that money to remodel but its didnt do any good. They will be closing their doors soon with that kind of help!?♀️?♀️?♀️
TERRIBLE! Absolutely no one was in line however it took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was sitting there in the drive thru. Terrible service
There are some incredibly kind and great people working there. Unfortunately, they are always short of staff and this causes the people working there to have to nearly kill themselves to keep up. This is really unfair to the loyal employees working so hard to give their best service while being so short handed . And it is also unfair to the loyal customers who want to patronize the restaurant. The food is good, the place is ALWAYS clean and the location is one of the best in Redbank. Apparently the only thing missing is adequate, well trained staff. Good luck, you have so much to offer at this location.
We arrived at 6:40 to order. They had 2 order lanes. We started in the left lane and saw that it wasn’t moving. Switched to right lane after 20 minutes only for the left lane to take 4 orders before they even took mine in the right lane. I had to yell HELLO. My husband downloaded the app and ordered our kids dinner before they even answered my hello. Once we were finally taken care of he asked me to pull into a spot. Once in the spot, we waited ANOTHER 20 minutes. If we wouldn’t of paid we would of left. Oh and by the way, the kids food was COLD AND WRONG. So yeah.
No napkins, no ketchup or sauces.... ordered on line went to pick up still had a 10 min wait after I ordered it 20 mins earlier order was wrong had to tell them and didn't have one item and was like we don't sell them couldn't do a refund so had to substitute not impressed had high hopes since the remodel.. ooo and food was cold
I always want to eat Burger King because it’s the OG fast food for this 90s girl. Things that I can always count on: 1. They won’t have ice cream. 2. They won’t have ICEEs. 3. They will be cash only. Which I find this all so strange since this location just had a remodel.
Very poor service! And did not get what I ordered . When I was pulling off the workers was horse playing. Will never go back!
