Service was ok. Waitress was nice but, food was not worth $200 !!
The food tasted amazing and looked beautiful. Unfortunately the only thing that didn't look to great was the marinara sauce it looked old and tasted burnt as well as looked like it was. Otherwise the Burger with Fries and Tenders with wedges where great along with the Mozzarella sticks. The inside bartender Kylee is a very nice girl and was kind but she lacked the ability to converse with her customers. Also I had order another drink and never made it for me or brought it to me. Now as for when I arrived there where two hosts/hostess at the front to greet me and ask about what kind of accommodation I was looking to sit at they where very kind and welcoming. This can be a great store to eat at but needs a lil more work!
Not sure why the rating is so bad but I have been coming here for years and don't think I ever had a problem.Came here A while back for lunch and sat at the bar. Forgot to leave a review.My bartender was Shelby. I've had her a bunch of times while she was a waitress but never as a bartender. She did great! Great attitude and great customer service. One of my favorite employees here.I ordered a drink and some original wings. The place was packed but the wings still came out pretty fast.I got the Parmesan Garlic. It was pretty creamy and had the right about of spices. It's def one of my favorite flavors!I recommend this place for good beer, good food and great atmosphere! It also has Tons of TVs for sports fans!
I really think the rule of not serving alcohol to someone that turned 21 that day is not really necessary. . I mean the person is 21 so where is the logic in that. And the only explanation is that it is corporate policy. Not worth wasting my money there ever again.
It’s a great place to have nice meal family and or wife husband or boyfriend or girlfriend call fiancé and friends awesome waitresses and bartender they will take good care of you
We (Party of 5) went for a late dinner. Drinks, Wings, and service were good, however, the burger was very soggy. Additionally, we ordered fries without salt and there was still sprinklings of salt but we decided to accept it anyway since waiting for a fresh batch would take time and we would be done with our main entrees. Despite the appearance of staff cleaning the areas, there was still a slippery/oily feel to the floors and tables. Recommend management oversight with ensuring burgers are cooked at the right temperature or served promptly to avoid sogginess. Also recommend a routine change in cleaning supplies to assure cleaned, sanitized surfaces to reduce spread of bacteria, viruses, and contamination.
Got to give a very grateful shoutout to Buffalo Wild Wings, Lexington location. We had a party of 10 tonight and the service and food was excellent & beyond our expectations! As busy as they were, our server was on top of us as soon as we sat down...and continued to check on us throughout our stay. Our food was served f-a-s-t (!), hot, fresh, and everyone really enjoyed their meal! Thank you BWW; and a BIG thank you to the kitchen staff(!) We’ll definitely be back!????
Well I’ll start by saying that this isn’t my first choice when it comes to wings. For one they don’t have wing chips or floppy chips whatever you wanna call them but stood in line for at least 15 min before anyone come to check us in and there wasn’t many people there either! Drinks are pricey but the atmosphere had a good vibe
Horrible. The only reason I gave it one star was so i could leave a review. I ordered a burger and it was extremely dry and brittle.. Kaylee noticed me looking at the beef Patty's and says " hmm our burgers are usually really good" never offered to take it back or have it recooked. Kaylee then proceeded to cash me out and didn't even offer a discount or something.. anything would have sufficed.. instead I had to pay 13$ for a burger I only ate the bread off of. I will never eat there again . Poor poor poor customer service.
We had quit coming to BWW about 6 years ago bc all the food tasted the same and you could tell everything was cooked in the same fryer. We just recently started coming again and found the tacos, chicken nachos and queso, and they are all amazing! Staff is friendly and educated about their menu. Only 4 stars bc the hostess is ALWAYS a little snippy and rude but the host is always a delight. The person greeting the guests first obviously set the tone for the entire visit…something to think about
