Today i witnessed the lack of customer service in this company. I was present during a fine exchange of words over new sauce pricing. Although i cannot understand the extent of frustration with the customer, the FOH employee (x marine) did not try to ease the situation. He added fire to it. He went on saying how he would jump through the window to fight the young lady. The drive thru window person threw the sauce out of the window to the customer then proceeded to call authorities. I was appalled by your employees action. Very unacceptable. He was apologetic to patrons in store but i will not return here until i know this place is safe. This world is to crazy to have a person like that to work FOH. Pathetic!!!!
The worst food ever and it’s always cold or never has food with the slowest service that my family has ever received from a food establishment.I would NEVER recommend anyone to eat at these location.how does a fast food fried chicken place run out of chicken numerous times over the past year,at these point it’s not fast food when you have to wait 20 minutes for a 2 piece.they only ever have supremes and sometimes tenders, the amount of times I’ve came here, the customer service has been awful especially from these older white male that looks almost like a manager.if he is the manager I would have never guessed by the the rude remarks and cussing,my family even said they saw him drop chicken tenders that were on the floor or in the trash and re drop them back into the grease and thank god a female employee saw and threw them away.the general manager needs to be fired for allowing these to happen because these is unacceptable to serve food to customers like these.the only manager we’ve meet that was polite and caring about the food being served was a female that should get a promotion or a raise, she was super sweet and explained that they ran out of dirty rice and it’ll be up and hot in a couple minutes and even gave us a free bo-berry because of the tiny wait.
I pulled up at 9:30, 30 minutes before they close and the staff had decided they were gonna close early. If y’all want to close early, just change your hours instead of having people pull through the drive thru thinking y’all are still open
My husband & I were there this am bc we woke early & then by 7:30 we were able to get ahead of the traffic. Fast & accurate service
This was my racial experience in South Carolina and worst experience ever at a fast-food restaurant. First, when placing my order, I had to repeat it twice because the young lady was not paying attention. Then she did not greet me at the window. She only informed me of my total. After I paid, she handed me a drink without a straw and then went to grab my order. I had to ask for ketchup and discovered on my way home that she failed to give me napkins also. When I got home to eat, I discovered that I was given a dry, burnt chicken sandwich. I decided to go back to the restaurant and called the location several times on my way back, but no one answered the phone. When I got back to the drive-thru window, a young Caucasian woman was there and walked away as if I wasn't there. I assumed she went to get the manager, only to see the young Caucasian woman who served me peek around the corner at the window. They left me sitting there for 10 minutes despite my attempts to get their attention by honking the horn and tapping on the drive-thru window. Then a young African American comes to the window as if he was informed, I was there. I asked if he was the manager and informed me that he wasn't, I informed him that I wanted to speak to his manager. He goes to the back only to return and tell me that they were closed, and the manager was locked in the office counting money and could not come to the window. I informed him what happened and asked him to go get his manager. He left again, only to return to the front and proceed to cleaning the restaurant. They ignored the fact that I was still sitting there waiting for the manager. After 15 minutes pass by, one of the ladies comes back to the window and informed me to leave or they would call the cops. I informed her that I was waiting for the manager and that I had no problem with her calling the cops. Instead of calling the cops, this time she gets the young man again, who returns to the window and says are you just going to sit here all night. I reminded him that he was supposed to be getting his manager, to which he replied I told you she is locked in the office counting money. I informed him that I wish to speak with and share my experience and show her the food I was served. He answered with you just have to come back tomorrow. I told him I was okay with coming back tomorrow but not until the manager had my name and contact information. He states she is locked in the office again and closes the window and walks off to the back again. I realized at this point that the manager was afraid to come to the window which led me to believe she already knew what happened prior to me returning. At this point I believe I had purposely been given the food and now they were afraid to address and kept sending the African American young man to the window. He returned with a paper and pen to take down my information. I informed them I would be escalating the matter. The customer service was extremely poor and the fact that only the African American young man was sent to the window to address me leads me to believe something had been done to my food on purpose. I have never been one to complain nor write reviews, but the disrespect that I received tonight was unacceptable.
Terrible customer service. Went in to order food and heard people in the back talking about how we are coming inside thinking we will get faster service. If you are short staffed, leave a sign so we know to go through the drive thru. Could save you some time and customers.
Really exceptional for a bojangles. For starters, I really appreciate that we can come in to order and eat, the other locations in the area I know of are all drive through only. The lady that rang us in was very sweet. We waited for literally only three minutes, then she hurries and gives my husband our tray and says "I'm sorry I'm new, I didn't realize I was the one supposed to make the plates after ringing you in. I gave you extra for the wait" again mind you, we didn't really wait that long. So instead of 1 Cajun biscuit with reg fry and 3 tenders with a regular Mac and cheese, they gave us 2 Cajun biscuits with a large fry, 5 chicken tenders, and a large mac and cheese. It was all really fresh and hot too. Very nice.
Google map’s hours for this place say that they close at 10. I arrived at 8 o’clock and waited at the drive through window for almost 15 minutes. I can see cars in the parking lot and a car in front of me got their order. If I arrived too late, then the hours should have been updated. If that’s not the case, then either way the customer service was literally nonexistent and I’ll stick to the other locations I frequent.
Went through the drive-thru and the person was extremely polite when taking my order. My order was also fresh and correct..waaay better than my experience I had earlier this week at the bojangles on Killian rd. 5 stars.
It has been 3 months since I tried their chicken sandwich and it has dramatically dropped in taste. The chicken sandwich is now carelessly thrown together, overcooked and made too far in advance. It was a thick piece of chicken but dried out, cooked in old oil and not crispy like it should be. Only one pickle, spices unevenly applied, almost no sauce, small piece of tomato and weird piece of lettuce. Not wasting my time getting one again when they care less about making a good sandwich.
