I have never had this bad of an experience at a bojangles before. I ordered curbside on the app and it literally took them 30 min to get my order. I had to call the store and ask if my order was ready just to be told yes its been ready but we don't have time to bring it out. Finally I get my order that has been sitting or 30 min. Its extremely cold and the borounds are just crisps at this point the picture is NOT had a bite taken out thats how it came. Very disappointed. I remember the bo rounds being very fluffy and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Not this garbage they gave me. I will never go there during lunch again.
Used to love picking up the home style tender meals (non-spicy) for the kiddos and my bride, but was informed by staff they no longer carry them. Sad, at this point I can't justify going anymore cause I'm the only one that likes food with a little heat, and to them even the regular chicken is too hot. Let me know if you decide to put them back on the menu.
We went through the drive thru at 9:10 pm on Saturday May 21st. We wanted to order a 20 piece chicken meal . We were told that they only had enough to make a 12 piece, so we asked could they possibly make some more chicken We didn't mind waiting. They told us they couldn't cause they were about to turn the fryers off cause they close at 10. They still had 45 mins til closing!!! Not happy at all
Home cooking if I ever taste it. I went to Texas for 30 years come back. This was one of the places I ate at first so I came back
Staff was extremely rude. Girl in drive through could not get my order right to save her life. Finally just went inside. Girl at register was extremely rude. Through my food on counter and walked off. Didn't tell me It was mine. I'd fire this entire staff and start over
Drove by at 8:00pm today to get food and everything I ordered was out of order or would be a 5 min wait. They clearly didn’t want me to make a order. It was super rude I know it’s later in the day but this location doesn’t close till 10pm they should have food prepared or close earlier if they don’t want to serve people…
Chicken sandwich was great ! A little spicy than I like but I'm also a light weight to spicy things. Even with that, the sandwich was still great. Customer service could be more pleasant. It hard to find just average customer service these days...much less great or more...
Just curious if your chicken is on a timer. Or do yall just serve whatever is left from lunch for dinner. Last 2 times we order both times chicken look old and very dry.Update 2.4.21Chicken was old. Rice was cold and gummy and the biscuit looked like someone took a bite out of it.. I have not been back to this location since last review. It was just as bad. The employees not friendly at all, while I was waiting at the window no one spoke they were too busy on their phones. When I got my food I said thank you and she just closed the window. Last time I'll ever go to this Bojangles. I'm sure it doesn't matter since my last review was ignored. BTW, the ones that are fixing the food should be wearing hair nets and gloves.
This place has really gone down hill!!!! Had to wait an hour for our order. They used the excuse short staff yet they had 8 people working with dining room closed. The girl at drive thru constantly rolled her eyes at everything said. Was hugging laughing with another employee before she ever acknowledged us. Horrible Horrible Horrible.
I visited the location 1-18-22 to get some breakfast sandwiches. While standing in line, I noticed a wig/weave hanging on the side of the divider by the cups on the counter. The customer in front of me had already asked about it. The cashier laughed and joked about it and said that it was pulled off of a customer earlier and that she maybe coming back for it. Being that this is a food service business, this is not a laughing matter and should have been handled differently. The wig/weave was finally pulled down when another employee (possibly the manager) seen it. The employees need to be taught or reminded about proper hygiene and public appearance!
