My family and I had not visited an Arby's in YEARS. We decided to eat something different than what we usually have for fast-food. We were please with our meals since Arby's has come along with the food quality and menu items. Before we walked out my husband and son decided to use the restroom. When my husband comes out he tells me there was an employee in the stalls that did not wash his hands on his way out. He starts looking around and we notice it was all female employees behind the counter. Then in a corner by the restaurant entrance he notices a male employee. He seemed to be on his "break". We were surprised by how good our food was after so many years but that was quickly taken away by this incident. We will not be returning to this restaurant again. Or maybe any Arby's restaurant for that matter.
I received an excellent meal that was solely prepared by the store manager kaitlyn.! She seems to be on top of things. Knows how to run things under pressure. Keep up the good work you're doing great!

Bad tried to charge me $11+ for the 2 for 6 deal, then had to pull around so went inside waited 10min for fish sandwich while my roast beef sat in the bag getting cold. If you're going to offer a sandwich that takes 10 min say so on the menu, wait to make the other until it is about ready. Was not busy 1 other car through the drive thru the whole time I was there??????????????

I don't eat here because I usually don't eat fast food. I have eaten here and the food is good. I used the drive thru to get my grandson a milkshake, once again the milkshake machine was out of order.
We love their shakes…when their machine is not broken. Recently had their DIABLO DARE chicken sandwich. I like heat. This sandwich unapologetically delivers the H E A T!!! Please accept my advice: Upgrade to a large milkshake.Also, their mega roast beef sandwich is great. Just wish they had real horseradish, not the horsey mayonnaise stuff.
Beware!!Just went to Arby's by Lowes Food off Augusta Rd in Lex, SC. Horrible service: ordered Classic RB meal w drink and 2 cherry turnovers. Drove down the road, no straw, no napkins, no fries. Drove back n the guy gave them to me. Got home n bit into the turnover- BOTH are APPLE. YUK! Wasted my $$ ($13).Called the manager n he says well we all make mistakes. Sorry. Come back n we will give you 2 cherry turnovers. Flippedly. I asked for his name and he laughed then hung up. I will never go there again. SMH
First off I had tried the brisket sandwich, medium by the way like 11.38 cost get home l could not even chew it, it was rubbery no taste, curly fries were hard, worst experience to date couldn't afford to go back to town.besides ol'boy didn't give me a receipt. Oh and when I talked to the female she Hung up on me. So it's safe to say they suck.
