Every time I go here there’s something wrong with my order. Tonight I was the only person in the drive thru and the I love you customer in the restaurant, but had to pull forward away from the window. Then after waiting for about five minutes to get my two beef and cheddars, a Reuben and mozzarella sticks, I’m missing my mozzarella sticks. No big deal. I just pulled back through the drive-thru and ask for mozzarella sticks, But then I’m given the soggiest most disgusting cheesesticks I’ve ever had in my life. You would think that after having to wait for my food and being the only person there that they were dropping fresh mozzarella sticks but I guess that’s not the case. Gross…
We waited but it was worth the wait. We had a pretty big order and they got it correct. It was not just thrown together, but carefully packaged. We ordered 5 turkey sliders, 5 roast beef sliders, 5 chicken sliders, and 8 salted-caramel cookies. Everything was delicious and fresh. I prefer this location over others..although all locations have great customer service...the order is usually lacking in some way (either not hot, or order is wrong or incomplete). This location gets 5 stars from me.
I wrote a review on this location last month, and this month I am Updating the review to advise The wife and I ordered a fish sandwich and a brisket sandwich, but received a Roast beef sandwich and brisket. When we pointed out the error, they told us to keep the roast beef and they would get us the fish sandwich, which they did very promptly. And I have to tell everyone if you like barbecue, check out this hidden secret, the smokehouse brisket was great
Shake machine and fountain machine in lobby are ALWAYS broken. The employees there could care less about your problems with their restaraunt
We really LOVE Arby's (bring back the onion rings PLEASE!!) We drove to Arby's bc we have always had great service & food is good & hot. The doors were closed bc short staffed. I honestly prefer to go in to order & don't care for drive thrus but that's just me.
I just ordered a beef and cheddar that had a nickel sized dollop of cheese when I asked for cheese was treated rudely and refused moreWasn't even offered to purchase more cheese. Have been a customer since store opened will never be back. Lose a customer over a poor made sandwich?

this restaurant is great if you get the food yourself but I would recommend delivery.
I went to Arby's yesterday, intending to purchase a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. They had a picture of it on the menu board, and noticed it had a big, fried onion ring on it, but no lettuce or tomato. I asked if I could sub lettuce & tomato for the onion ring. They told me they could leave off the onion ring, but would have to charge to add the lettuce & tomato. Here's the ridiculous part...they were going to charge me 60 cents for the tomato & 60 cents for the lettuce! $1.20 for lettuce and tomato! Is that crazy or what? I ended up getting a different sandwich that included the lettuce & tomato...there were two little pieces of tomato, about the size of a silver dollar, with a big white core in the center! Barely edible. Arby's, you can do better than this!!
Food and service was great. The floor was a bit sticky though.
