I am convinced I got food poisoning from eating at this place. I ordered one of their bowls that they have been advertising with mixed items: chicken, pasta, veggies covered with alfredo sauce. It tasted good, but several hours later I threw it all up. To be fair, others in my party had no problem, but they had something else. Service wasgood.
Kate the battens was very attentive. Drinks ate GOOD! I had fish and chips with broccoli. Fish was nice and crisp like I like it!
Stopped here for dinner while staying in Lexington on our way from Orlando to Toronto. The Caesar salad was great as well as the meal. I can speak from experience in that I had a great steak and mashed potatoes. As well I found the waitress to be very warm and friendly.
I must say, first of all, Great Service, from the moment we arrived. The wait staff, she was great. I hate I can't remember her name, but will remember her face and the great service she gave. The food was great , and service fast and food still hot. We both had ribs. He had two racks falling off the bone. I had riblet basket, both very good.Restaurant was clean , even the bathrooms.I will return for sure.GREAT JOBS STAFF, YOU HIT THE MARKI will look for that waitress for sure. She was great, even training someone. She was great.
They had to cook all of our food twice because they kept burning, then when we got our salad plates one had a very clear black hair on it, salad bar completely empty, then not to mention the forks and knifes look like someone ate on them and never washed them!! Don’t eat here until they get new management . The one I spoke to was very rude and nothing to say expect she heard me
Never have been really impressed with the Applebee's chain of restaurants through the years, but my opinion has changed since I have been dinning here at the lexington location. The food has been tasty and always cooked to my directions. Big shout out to Kat, our server, she took good care of us. I have no problem recommending Applebee's in lexington to friends and family.

I'm recently new to the area and have had a taste for Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad for awhile. It was of my all time favorites. Every time I drove by, I thought about it. The problem is, I haven't had a good one in more than 5 years and had given up. I watched them go from a large portion on an oval plate to barely covering the bottom of a small plate. And the last one I had came with no lettuce. I had to ask for lettuce!!! Well, this Applebee's and my server Kaitlyn changed my mind and will have me returning once again. My Oriental Chicken Salad was prepared perfectly, served warm in a large deep bowl and it even comes with a tasty garlic breadstick now. It was delish and I left with a happy face. Thank you Kaitlyn and the guys in the kitchen for proving Applebee's is still a great neighborhood place!
I came in the Lexington Applebees sometime last week and was very very impressed with my service. My server was Kayla ( I hope I spelled her new right) she was great! We also met who I believe was a manager. Kayla had to step a way for a few and this lady stepped right in to help Kayla. She was so polite, prompt, friendly and professional. She even engaged with me and my family for a little while and changed my whole day around. Its the little things that can help change an experience especially with Covid and she understood what family bonding and a great meal was. I believe her name was Karia! It's people like her who change the restaurant industry. it's because of Kayla and Karia we will be returning back to the Lexington Applebee's! Thanks Ladies!
Lunch was great. Our Server, Kayla, was very accommodating. We had no wait. Reasonably priced.
