Very nice and personable front of house crew! My tip to you is to go inside for your food, because their dining room is open (until 9pm) and they are extremely quick with their ticket times.
I Always order the same food. It usuallt takes a while for them to prepare. This time was the fastest ever and food was excellent
Fingernail in food. They basically accused me of lying. I don’t have fake nails and my nails certainly aren’t that small. Disgusting
Amazing food! This was our first time and we were super excited to try it and was not disappointed! However, we witnessed a manager belittle one of his employees and it was very unprofessional. I would like to see the manager spoken to and reminded that his employees are there to be encouraged, especially now.
The general manager here, Tina Pushic is obviously a racist. Do yourselves a favor and just drive 10 more minutes out to the Chapin location. I promise it is worth it every mile driven. Their food is always always fresh, even at night. My family and I just love Chapin Zaxby’s. We eat Zaxby’s almost every other day lol. Look over the reviews to see the number of complaints made on the GM Tina Pushic here at this horrible Lake Murray location. Almost every one is a black consumer who states Tina was rude from first encounter. What happened to the GM wanting to make customers issues right& make your customer smile? Why be so rude to your consumers Tina?.. Guys, Go to the police department and request a list of complaints/disturbances at this Zaxby’s location and see how many had something to do with a black consumer! Do not support this racist, poor customer service having, incorrect order having establishment. The fact the Tina is still employed here let’s us know the owner does not care about his business nor the customers, who contribute to all of their paychecks
Ordered their chicken sandwich sandwich meal and it arrived with hardly any sauce and soggy fries. The one on Bush River Road was excellent last time, We'll be going there from now on
We were happy to try this chain not available to us locally. My expectations for fast food are low, but the chicken was crispy, quite hot (we did have to wait an additional 10 minutes in a parking spot for it to be brought out), and flavourful. The portion was also quite large and easy to split between two adults. The sweet tea was warm, but that's probably because it was rather late and the had to brew more for us.
Fast service..Grilled chicken house salad and Buffalo chicken salad were fresh and delicious. Happy that their dining area is Open!
This Zaxby’s would be okay if they had a new manager. Tina is rude, lacks professionalism, and is an embarrassment to this establishment. She was out of control and did not know how to handle a simple customer complaint. There’s no way I will continue to support this Zaxby’s as long as they allow Tina to act like this towards customers.
I highly don’t recommend and highly encourage you to stay away from this restaurant location if at all possible. Our family had a terrible experience with witnessing while eating our dinner how an upset customer was treated by the Manager Tina and how unprofessional Manager Tina treated me and my mother and the upset customer and then had the cops called on the upset customer. Because of this issue all Zaxby’s have lost my business until the issue at this location with Manage
