Great flavors of their drinks. They make their mochas with chocolate milk which tastes amazing. My wife got a coconut milk latte which also was great. Nice clean location and friendly service

Coffee is kinda ok prices too.. The judgement,racial profiling, and lack of respect the hiring manager placed on one of my family members was shocking. Asked her if her “single parent benefits she gets from the state would impact her if she got the job”. Wth kind of interview question is that?
I had been following the human bean on IG for a while but had forgotten abt where it was located. Ended up being in Columbia the other weekend & had to stop by & tried the hot snowy mocha and it was delicious. It wasn’t sweet but you could still taste the white Choc mocha in it. I love the extra touch of adding a bean on top.
I am a coffee fanatic and have tried coffee ALL OVER. I have never found a better place than The Bean!!! I will drive 45 minutes just to get my favorite drink! Starbucks and Dunkin need to take some notes! I'll never stray from here, this is my new home ?❤️❤️
We tried the new location of the Human Bean in Irmo today. It is my firm conviction that a coffee shop should be primarily judged on its drip/fresh brew coffee first and latte or other drinks second, so we decided to order an Americano and the Java Chip. Their coffee is comparable to a Dunkin’, Starbucks or other chain coffee. The Java Chip was really good. Bonus points for the chocolate covered espresso bean they place on every drink!
Haven't had the Human Bean coffee since I lived in CO and was excited to visit. The kid at the window must have been high or just not with it. We sat at the window for a minute waiting for service while the other employee tried to get his attention to help us. He seemed confused about ground coffee by the pound and then when he did give it to us he forgot to roll the bag down and cinch it, so yeah, maybe don't visit on Sundays. Not sure how he would do during the weekday morning rush. I'd go back though for the chocolate covered espresso beans.

They have pup cups too my dog Mr Kaufi really enjoys them. They didn’t give him a doggy biscuit this time but he didn’t seem to mind???
I love the Human Bean so much! I used to go to Starbucks everyday but my curiosity got the best of me one morning, and I decided to stop in and see how this place was. The employees are the sweetest people and when I don’t know what I’m wanting for the day, I ask them if they can surprise me. I love that they are more than happy to surprise me with my flavor/drink of the day! It’s perfect every time! I love that they are so helpful and just seem like generally happy people! They always give me a great start to my day!
