Went Sunday at lunch and there was very little meat, lettuce etc everything in both of my daughter’s tacos, same with the Mexican pizza, crunch wrap supreme and it was a mess, crunch wrap had all sour cream in one side all little meat in the other, and last two inches was empty very sloppy and lacking service. Last week we were at one in Atlanta, and was completely different. Wish I could show pics..
They absolutely never get your order right. Ever. I ordered four drinks they handed me one for a mobile order. Half of my food’s not even right and they have been closing early because they’re lazy selves don’t wanna work. It’s pathetic don’t eat here and save your money for the love of god.Update: The only drink they did give me was only syrup and no carbonation.
This is the very first review I have ever written on Trip Advisor or any other site for that matter. My family used to order from this location frequently and were pleased. However, over the past few months we have had quite a few undesirable experiences. I like Taco Bell but this location in particular, continues to get our orders wrong even when ordering via the mobile app. I would request to pick up inside and they would tell me i had to go through the drive-thru. Okay…a little inconvenient. The last 3 times I have been, not only have they left out items but the quality of food is unsatisfactory. I have told myself (and my family) to remind me to never order from this location again but I’ve given them more than enough chances. Never again! Done!
Ordered online. All the food was phenomenal as always for it being taco bell. Only issues were no forks for potatoes , asked for 20 sauces and got 0 and online it does not let you customize to add doritos shell to gordita crunch(may be other items too).
Best Taco Bell Ever!! Went at breakfast time, but they said they were out of eggs, so they'd started lunch early. Gave me extra cinnamon balls for the small wait. Awesome!!
this is the second time that we've came to this taco bell hours before they close and sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting on someone to greet us. so we pulled up to the window and all lights were on and orders were popping up on their screens. there is no way that they are closed but almost as if they was trying to avoid us. why have a job if y'all don't wanna work.
"Open til 1am... but not at 11pm on a Monday" ? What's that about. Guy finally came out and explained he closes in a half hour and it's understaffed so no food. I stayed and spoke to the manager who said no beans, no potatoes. Sign on the window says open til 1am. Then they said they would serve me something with rice instead and it had no rice. Understaffed yet there's several cars behind mine as I'm going thru the motions with Taco Bell late at night after seeking just a basic order of a crunchwrap.
How hard is it to leave Sour Cream off of one of the meals?This has to be our 5th or 6th time through the drive through explaining we want one #6 with no Sour Cream. We get assured that it is correct this time. Nope we get home everything is Sour Cream. I think we are done, Sad!
The drive through is terrible. They always mess up our orders, often leaving out entire combos. My most recent trip ordered my daughter a chivken chalupa combo and her bag had a single taco and what looked like 2 handfuls of sauce packs. They are less than a mile from my house and my kids love taco bell, but I won't come back even if that means I have to drive further.
Not only did the drive through take nearly 45 minutes, several items were missing. After we sat in the drive through line for a second time (for another 15 minutes) they told us that they were out of nachos and cheese so they just put cinnamon twists in the bag instead. Call me crazy, but I feel like the best thing to do when you are out of an item is to ask the customer what they would like instead, or at the very least INFORM THEM that you were out of said items. I'm not surprised, the guy at the window appeared to be high as a kite and was too busy playing around to give good customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!
