Still not good, first visit to a subway in years.Sorry Subway, your food is just not any good and the freshness is very questionable.2 stars because the employees were very nice. Sandwiches are a joke.

Just bad luck - complete lack of care towards a customer.We were driving down I26 on vacation and got stuck in traffic due to a crash ahead. We decided to place an order on the Subway app to get something to eat and allow traffic to clear up. We chose the closest store on our route and it happened to be this one.Our order was accepted and payment was processed. When we arrived to pick it up 10 minutes later there was a sign on the door that they had closed early. A week later when we were back in our home state we reached out to management. We were assured that he would drop a gift card in the mail for our troubles. Weeks later, no card. I submitted feedback on the Subway website. Once again the manager reached out, this time over email and promised he'd put a gift card in the mail. Almost 3 weeks later still nothing. Is it wrong to expect to not pay for goods you never received? Assuming it was their fault for leaving the ordering system turned on to begin with, surely there's a process to prevent submitting an order to a closed store?! I'm suspecting it was slow and they simply closed up shop and went home, assuming nobody would notice.I get that people make mistakes. By if you promise to do something to make it right then maybe you should find the 10 minutes to actually follow through (not once but twice?!). Fool me once....I wonder if they're similarly lackadaisical with cleanliness, hygiene, food safety.... Based on this I'd never step foot in there again.
Bad on so many levels.First, it was super hot in there. The AC must not have been on.We waited in line for like 15 minutes because they’re SO understaffed.Everything was dirty and super disgusting. The ice machine wasn’t working, and my fiancé’s sandwich was super messy and fell apart every time he tried to pick it up.
Awesome customer service today! Didn’t see name tags but a black gentleman with a hat on was beyond friendly and patient as well as the white young gentleman near the register. It truly makes all the difference when the staff is kind. The sandwiches were delicious too!
