Not sure what the issue is but I believe multi tasking and not being present made this a visit from HELL! Now I love Starbucks. But the gal clearly was not listening. I had to repeat my order four times. She tried to ask me if I wanted some other coffee. Then when I went to order a protein bar she asked if I wanted cheddar? Huh. My latte factor will be decreasing ALOT starting NOW.

Line moves very fast in the mornings and staff is always the friendliest. I haven't met an employee that hasn't had a smile on there face and tried to brighten my day. Thank you very much.

When ordering I asked if adding cream to this particular tea would curdle or be fine and the barista said it would be fine and it’s definitely curdled. I don’t have time before work to go back and get it fixed but I definitely think baristas should know which products can and can’t mix…

The bathroom was disgusting. It was absolutely filthy. No matter what direction I turned the sink faucet, there was never more that a drip of water.

I ordered a $7 dollar coffee and I wish I had taken a picture of what I received. It was less than a third of the cup filled (a starbucks coffee cup at that, not a personal one). I overheard another lady speaking with an associate at the store for the same reason today, very little coffee in her cup. I asked for a refund for the little coffee I was given and the associate told me because I didn't want ice in my cup, that's why I received a minute amount of coffee. Might I specified to remove the extra shots and still received what should be embarrassing for the company to serve. I've ordered at other locations and received an adequate amount of coffee even when no ice was requested. This location has went downhill and is constantly trying to give as little as possible.

Kept $10 from me and wouldn’t refund it or check camera/with barista even though I knew the exact time I came through the drive through. My total was $10 and some change and I gave her $21 cash to get a $10 back. Drove off to work and couldn’t return sooner than 4pm once I realised what they did. The woman there did nothing to check what I’m saying is true. It’s disgusting with the amount of money I spent there, I know they won’t hurt without my business but it was very clear they don’t care for their customers. Very disappointed

My drink was right and the place was clean, but waiting 20 minutes inside after placing my order online was a lot. Service is lacking.

Every Starbucks seems to have the same issue. They push back mobile orders for drive thru. I have to wait for an entire drive thru to go through before I get my order. Mind you I ordered before they even pulled up in the drive thru. 20 minutes after pickup and I still don't have my order. Merry Christmas. Gonna start making my own drinks at home. Buh Bye Starbucks.

Let me tell you the staff at this location are AWESOME!! They are always slammed every morning in both the drive-thru and in-store lines, but they always have a great attitude and are so friendly. Of course there are some hiccups but overall this location is fantastic!!
