The fry seasoning was not to my liking.The bun is a poor choice of a bun very dense and not right for a smash patty. It was borderline stale which didn't help.The bacon was very old and reheated a few times.Less than a teaspoon of BBQ sauce on the BBQ burger.Ask for no cheese. That was ignored.Full leaf Lettuce makes it hard to eat and the Patty's fall out of the bun because of it.Burger was cooked nicely so that got them there extra star.Shake was a standard fast food shake. Could get one at any Chick-fil-A or burger King.Dining area was clean but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.
We usually love smashburger.... But this location does not live up to the experience we are used to. The burgers will missing the toppings and were cold. We were literally brought a bun with a patty. No explanation. We were so exhausted from a day of travel and dealing with a medical emergency in the family that we just ate it and left. But we will never go back to this location.The one in the northeast is way better. Went there twice during this same trip.
This place really needs help. Every single time we have ordered from them in the last year, they cannot prepare the order correctly. This last time hair was in the food. Our fries came out 20 minutes after the rest of the food....won't ever be back
We're here with some friends and and had a pretty good experience. The brisket Burger was delicious.. The restaurant was pretty cold inside so we wound up eating outside. But mistake was made with our order. Had ordered sweet potato fries and got the garlic fries instead I was instead. The you was corrected quickly.. Wouldn't mind eating there arrogant when back in town
Had a burger a chicken sandwich and fries and a bomb diggity shake my lady friend got the Colorado burger it was all fire friendly staff and got the orders out fast great service would go again keep up the good work everyone
Was very disappointed with this visit. We ordered haystack onions and when we got home the box 2ad less than half full and there was no dipping sauce included. Next time I have the choice we will just go to five guys.

Loved the cleanliness of the store. Omg the food freshly prepared and hot. Highly recommend this place. You can't go wrong ordering anything here. The shakes are the best ones yet. Thank you Alexanderia and Marion
While the staff is nice, they really need to work on staffing. Now, I know it's tough, but try something. Maybe more pay. I don't know. They offer good food, but you can walk in and go straight to the counter, and still wait for 15 minutes.
Great burgers and I love the brussel sprouts!! I feel like I am being healthy by getting sprouts instead of French fries.
