The drive threw is very slow and the staff is not friendly. Popeyes offers military discount but the manager said we can't get it if "we order the chicken sandwich" which we did. Personally I have never heard of that.. We weren't upset we didn't get the discount just confused. I just think the manager needs to learn how to be respectful and be educated on her job.
Cole slaw was slimy, never had Cole slaw like that at KFC. Also, ordered the shrimp tackle box and asked the delivery person if she put cocktail sauce in the bag which she said she did. When I got home what I had was tartar sauce and not cocktail sauce. Everybody that has a brain knows that "cocktail sauce" goes with shrimp and "tartar sauce goes with fish. Very disappointed in the level of service I received. Won't go back here.
Food was great but I was disappointed at the portions. Ordered Mac and cheese and it was half full, as were the mashed potatoes and gravy. Other than that it was good ?
Date 2/9/2022 @ 2pm the lady at the drive thru was not answering through the speaker. I waited 15 minutes before pulling up to the window. ( I really wanted a spicy chicken sandwich) when I drove around to the window to see what the issue was, she slammed the window open and rudely said “ that’s not how this works take your cracker a** back around “ then slammed the window closed. If you hate your job that bad then quit. Will never return to this Popeyes again.
Disaster. I live an hour away. Drive thru and inside was not busy, pretty sure I was their only customer. The delivery truck was there but...missing HALF of what I ordered. The manager did apologize and said they would give me my missing items the next time I visit. Again, I live an hour away, the ONLY reason I went in the first place was because I was out that way.
I was already on the interstate when we realized that we were missing an item. We checked the bag for any other missing items and it seemed to all be there so we went back and received the missing item.It wasn't until we got all of the way home that we discovered that we also had the wrong flavor of pies. ? Again, the food was good and they were probably short staffed but I recommend checking your order before you drive off.

Drive through slow. But food and service is really good. Twice I have gotten diet Coke and thrown it out. Not sure why they have issues with it. I have gotten other people's food before along with my own only to notice miles away. I ate it glad I did cause it opened up a new item I wouldn't have ordered on my own. I didn't feel guilty about it after I figured they would and should throw it out if I brought it back due to Covid. No wasting food...
