Pizza was hot(suprised), normally warm. The wings were horrible (cold and hard with barely any sauce. They tasted burnt.) There are issues with my order every time I go to this location. I should have kept going to the location on St. Andrews. I have not had any issues with my food. My husband even stop going to the location on Dutch Fork because his order is always wrong.
USUALLY I WOULD RATE THEM A 4 OR 5. I WAS A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER UNTIL THEY ERASED MY 450 REWARDS POINTS. DIDNT REALIZE THAT AFTER 6 MONTHS YOUR POINTS DISAPPEAR! MUST BE FINE PRINT SOMEWHERE. I APPEALED BUT NOT ONLY DIDN'T I GET MY POINTS BACK, I WASN'T A LOYAL ENOUGH CUSTOMER TO EVEN RECEIVE A RESPONSE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A GUY WHOSE CAREER WAS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE MOVE! PIZZA HUT IS NOW DEAD TO ME & I WILL DO WHATEVER I CAN TO MOVE BUSINESS AWAY FROM THIS CHAIN. THIS IS NOT A KNOCK ON THE GOOD STAFF IN IRMO. IT'S THE FRANCHISEE & CORPORATE THAT ARE TO BLAME...SEE YA
It's been a long time since I had pizza hut pizza it was ok the pizza was hot but the topping were lacking just enough to cover the pizza the wings were small but tasty
We always get good service from this Pizza Hut. The Big Box is full of good stuff, the service is timely and friendly. The order form on-line is easy to use. Yummy stuff for an NFL Playoff Weekend.
This is the 2nd time we've ordered from this location and we've had items missing we paid for. The first time we leat it go, but tonight was enough! When our order arrived it was missing items...again. When we called Sammy told us she packed it herself! When asked to send the sauces, she informed us it would be 45 minutes (we live less than 2 minutes away ?)! So we told them...we'll come pick up the sauce for a free large pizza, but we were declined. They were able to send someone back out, but my faith is in short supply.
The pizza was fresh and hot, the customer service was excellent.
Ordered and they gave it to the neighbors, apparently the driver can't read house numbers. Hope they enjoyed it. I had already paid it forward this year, but here I go again. Can't wait to see what blessings are coming my way.
I usually pre-order for pickup at a later time. My orders are always ready on time, freshly prepared and hot. The service is quick and the staff is friendly.
