Ordered online and received a pizza that was not what I ordered and not completely cooked. When I attempted to call in and complain the lady whom stated she was the manager hung up on me. When I called back she said I hung up on her I stated I did not and asked if she was the manager and she stated that she was the manager and since I hung up on her she was not talking to me to contact her general manager in the morning and hung up again. The entire interaction was ridiculous as why would I hang up when I am trying to let an establishment know that I did not receive the service that I paid good hard earned money for. It appeared that the young lady was having a bad night, did not want to be there and did not know how to deal with the public. It is not what keeps customers coming back when we have so many other choices to choose from.
I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut I worked at Domino's so to be honest I like Domino's Pizza better the reason I give it three star is everytime I ordered Pizza Hut or Domino's I should say it's by the time it gets to you it would have been better to have DiGiorno's pizza
Got pizza in reasonable time even though it said longer time for delivery. It came earlier then expected. Pizza was very hot and felt like it was fresh out of the oven. The stuffed crust was a little tough and chewy. Not sure what that was. But overall satisfaction was good!
The driver that dropped off the pizza made sure I came to the door to get my hot food. She stood back as I opened the door but gave an expression with her face and eyes that was an obvious great big smile, this added to the great customer service experience.
Pizza was as good as expected and I received all my sauces I ordered as well.
My pizza is good. But while I was waiting a lady came in to pick up her order. They made it wrong (she asked for no mushrooms and onions) and they NEVER said sorry and were rude to her and gave her a hard time about getting a refund. She was on a time crunch to get to work and couldn't wait for a remake. So very rude to her. And never called out my name even though I was sitting there. Idk how long I sat there unnecessarily. Add that to the app not working and I am not sure I will be back soon.
Make sure I get all the items I pay for and not Luke warm food.
Online ordered a pizza due to having a pregnant wife and sick toddler. Ordered a box with half pepperoni and black olives and half just pepperoni. Didn’t receive any black olives. Order came 30 minutes later than it was scheduled to arrive. Would not recommend ordering from here

Food arrived an hour earlier than projected. Multi-step order was correct. Hot food was hot. The bone-in wings were biggest and best I have had in a long time.
