Lady answering phone was not professional, told me of a special for 10.99, I get notifications of charges on my account, she charged me 25 and change for that 10.99 deal. When I said wait a minute I thought you said it was 10.99, she said oh I didn’t add discount, then it ended up being 16 something. She said bc of delivery charge, at this point I was like whatever bc I’m hungry. She called me back to get address which they should have already had, I gave it to her again- she said it wrong so I spelled it out - silence-after a minute or so she just hangs up the phone. The order was pepperoni and cheese on all of pizza, onion and mushrooms on only 1/2. I received pepperoni on 3/4 pizza and only mushrooms and onions on 1/4. When I called back, asked to speak to manager, he was rude and would not even listen to what I was telling him, finally he said do you want a credit or refund? I said a credit is fine but wanted to finish what I was telling him about employee and he just cut me off and said you got your credit and hung up on me, I called back bc the charge to my card had not been corrected, he said it takes 2-3 business days to get refund. I said other places can correct mistakes at that time, he said 2-3 days and hung up. I have never dealt with such rude and unprofessional people. They used door dash for their delivery also and I wasn’t told that’s who was delivering.
Rude staff and poor service. The man who picked up my order is so disrespectful.
Worst customer service ever messed up my order refused a refund and kept me on whole for 30 minutes my last time ever ordering from papa John's
Don't know if it's me or somebody don't know what half pepperoni and sausage On the right side and chicken on the left side looks like. open my pizza and sausage is on majority of the pizza.
We spend over $60 for so called New York pizza.And we pay for extra cheese, the pizza tasted like a regular dry bread and no flavor and not much cheese on it.I recommend to use somewhere else and don’t waist your money.
Papa John’s pizza is hands down one of our favorite pizzas but the last 3 times I have ordered delivery, it has been wrong. I order online so there isn’t even a way to have a “miscommunication” I understand things happen but THREE times in a row? All weeks apart? Never again.
Long wait time for pickups but really good service
I appreciate the service but they charged my card twice after I told them my card went through and it still did not pull up. I had to change up to cash and call my bank to refund my charges
Want to commend the pizza prep person for my order at 7:09pm 1/9/22 Lake Murray Blvd. I ordered a special stuffed The Works + CC cookie. Lately, when ordering The Works, the prep person would sprinkle ingredients that wouldn’t cover the whole dough and I would end up with bread sticks when I didn’t even order them! When spending $18.99-$1.99=17.00 for a pizza, MAKE it worth it!
Don’t waste your time calling. You will be directed to India and they will call the store for you. What a joke. I will never eat here again or any location after this experience. I just can’t believe you can’t call your local store to place an order. I called papa John’s in Irmo not India. More jobs moved overseas.
