I stood in line for 20 minutes, which wasn't an issue for me, but when I was served before others who had been waiting on mobile orders for more than 30 minutes I was very disappointed. I brought this up to the cashier, however she completely ignored what I had to say. You should treat all your customers with the same haste and importance as others.

I coordinate large functions at the skilled nursing care center where I am employed for our annual national skilled nursing care week. We usually order BBQ, though wanted to change it up. I ordered for 80 the mixed Fajita Bae for a small group of 80. I ordered through their catering site and picked the food up in Irmo. Delicious food. Professional. Courteous staff. On time.

EDITED TO ADD: Updating my recent review due to the district manager, Corey, reaching out to me to resolve the issue and for me to share my experience with him. He said he was having a one on one meeting with the manager, Tiffany, and addressing her lack of professionalism. I will return to this location in hopes that it will be great, as it always has been before my most recent visit. I upped the stars rating for great food and for Corey contacting me very quickly.I am going to first start off by saying I visit this location often and have always had a pleasant experience. Also, the food was great! Now the service and professionalism I received was absolutely appalling by 2 in particular staff members. I placed an online order at 10:45AM to be ready by 1:15PM so my friend and I could eat when we arrived at the restaurant. We got there a few minutes after 1:15PM and it wasn't ready; no big deal, we are very understanding that things happen. When an employee noticed us waiting she asked if we were there for an online order. I had replied yes, she asked for my name, and I then let her know Alyssa Stuart, it was scheduled to be ready at 1:15PM. Another employee (a lady) hollered from across the front of the restaurant to the cashier, where we were, to say, "Can't you see that we are short staffed and if your online order isn't ready we are obviously busy." I was extremely surprised being that I didn't complain about my order not being ready and was not upset so I replied with, "I didn't say anything about it not being ready, I'm not upset and I understand." Anyone would have thought that would have been the end of it, at least we thought so. We got our food and sat down. As soon as we sat down, the same employee that hollered over to us was telling another co-worker about the situation and how I didn't understand they were busy. This co-worker, a gentleman that I did not get the name of, said loudly, "Just because you place an order at 8AM to be ready at 2PM, it's obviously not going to be ready when we have 40 people in line." The restaurant was busy, but there were about 5 people in line not 40. And, again, I was not upset that my order was not ready, nor did I complain. The lady employee then said that she had gotten more online orders and asked the gentleman could he get them, while laughing, and he said that he only had two hands, while he was also laughing. My friend got up to ask the employee that had given us our food for the lady's name and job title. She told her that it was Tiffany and she was the manager. I am extremely disgusted at the lack of professionalism. As said before, I have visited this location often and have never experienced a problem. I'm sure more work would be accomplished if the manager was more focused on serving customers, rather than talking about customers to her employees. I worked in the food industry for many years, so I understand when places get understaffed. But this does not justify the disrespect we received today. I hope you all are able to get the staff you need and replace the ones that do not need to be in customer service.

Today was my last day giving business to this location. I worked in the food industry for many years, so I understand when places get understaffed. I just arrived home to find I received the entirely wrong order. While this may be my fault for not checking, I haven't had this happen before. I ordered a stack and received a children's homewrecker covered in beans which I'm not a fan of. My girlfriend got beans on her order as well which she specifically asked to not get. All of this after waiting more than 20 minutes in line. I am very hungry and this was disappointing.

Some of the rudest and most uncaring staff in Columbia. Every single time I go I am met with attitude. Every single time.

The gentleman behind the counter had a hurry up and order attitude. The food wasn't as fresh as it has been in the past. But the chips and queso never disappoint!

Fresh ingredients although the prices have gone up for the amount of food that you get. They took away fresh onions to put on burritos and they don't welcome you any longer unless it was just the crew that I got. Overall crew is nice, just don't smile enough.

A pretty consistent Moe’s. The food is good and the service is fast and quick.

Food is great even if you don't care for meat options.
