Ordered 2 bigmacs with a BOGO coupon. First one was just ingredients shoved in a box. Bun torn, lettuce everywhere, corner of cheese sticking out. Ugly, but I ate it, and it was warm and messy, but ok. That must have been the free one. The second was a work of art. Perfectly stacked with all it's stuff stuffed in there. Also warm, and very good. Could've used this one for a commercial. Consistency people, the same every time.
Stop "cleaning" your McCafe machines at night while you're still open just because you want to go home the minute you close. I've been through there multiple times and every time it's a gamble on whether or not your machine is working.
The food quality is pretty standard for a McDonalds, but the service at this location is consistently terrible. I genuinely don’t think I’ve had a single experience where I left feeling like I received decent service.
Ordered a big Mac and fries, got a quarter pounder and cheese, service was slow, and this was at 3:00pm. Food was cold even though I waited almost 20 minutes for it
Sickening. Been having digestive issues for the last couple hours after i ate their food. Will not recomend to anyone. Wouldn't even recomend to my worst enemy!
Hands down the best McDonald's experience I've had in over 30 years! Despite there being tons of cars in drive-thru line I was in & out really quick. The food was great, the fries hot. All the employees very friendly.
It’s McDonald’s, if you’re expecting a lot then you probably shouldn’t come here.Food tastes like McDonald’s regardless of how poorly it was put together. Customer service is the biggest problem. Manager was yelling at me through the order microphone telling me I couldn’t add a smoothie to my meal because it wasn’t allowed. Little did she know I’ve don’t it multiple times and never had an issue, it’s a small up charge I’m fine with. But that night it was NOT allowed lol. Ok. So we go to the window and she’s basically throwing food out the window and closes it. She looks frustrated when she opens the window back up and tries to give me the food for the car behind me. I tell her no and that she forgot my kids drinks. Holy cow, that was another issue in itself. She asks what my order was and to see my receipt then looks into my car to see what we have. No kids drinks. 5 minutes later she appears with juice boxes. Woooooo! Score.Got home to find out we didn’t get any apple slices with kids meals.I’m not reviewing based on one person, a manager nonetheless, but I’ve gone multiple times and each time the window people are on the phone with buds in their ears and have no intention of talking to me. I’ve said hello and thank you and nothing. Just hear them mumble things into their ear piece. Lovely establishment really. I’d have better luck trying to communicate with one of those robotic dinosaur waiters they have in China. Maybe that’s what McDonald’s should do. I wouldn’t mind the lack of personality then.Look people, it’s a McDonald’s, lower your hopes and dreams and you’ll survive.
Ordered a hot fudge sundae and usually McDonalds ice cream is soft serve but tonight it was like a frozen milk consistency. Definitely not the ice cream they usually have. It was almost closing so maybe they gave us some replacement?? Idk but it was disappointing
Restaurant is open, however the workers won’t come to the intercom to take orders. Drive around and you see workers walking around in the inside. Very unprofessional. Won’t waste my money or recommend others here. This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Columbia, SC (irmo, Dutch fork area) just close the place for all of this
This is the second time I got a burger like this at this location, patties and buns were so burnt. So disappointed and would reconsider before stopping there again.
