Nearly every time I have ordered food through Door Dash from this McDonald's, something has been missing from my order. This time, it was fries. Please don't tell me McDonald's was out of fries. They were not. They just didn't get my order right, even though the fries were noted on my Door Dash order and receipt. I won't be ordering from this one any more.
Lord this place needs help for real. I ordered a mobile order while at work, get there and waited there for 20 minutes before going inside...waited 10 more minutes there. After the wait and witnessing others coming in with wrong food items and ridiculous wait times, the young lady was headed out saying it was a parked order but it was mine. I watched the car they pulled up sit waiting for 20 plus minutes before going in after his food. I got to work to have a rock hard fish sandwich with tater sauce thrown from 1 side of the box to the other! There was nothing fresh about the good I got and the service was terrible. This was a 1st and last visit for me
Don’t order in the app.. we ordered 2 big mac meals, a double quarter pounder meal . A ten piece nugget and 4 piece nugget. Missing the 10 piece nugget , 4 piece nugget and double quarter pounder .. no way to request a refund in the app…
The drink syrup is always out which means your kid gets a cup of carbonated water that you thought was Sprite. Three weeks in a row now.
Horrible customer service. If you don’t want to work fast food, find something else. This morning at the Irmo location on St Andrews was terrible.
Did drive thru, employee sounded bored and uninterestedupon contact. The service was fast, but food was terrible. I got a chicken sandwich which was hard and most likely had been under the lamp for hours. It was a dollar menu item but should not have been served, should have been trashed at least 2 hours before. I have been to this McDonald's before and food was up to par, but this time it was not, at all. May return but not after 7 pm. My visit was about 10 :30 pm to 11:00 pm.
Held the door open for a gentlemen leaving with food.Went into there to order food to go(order is never right). One lady said hi and there was a couple of kids. one asking for his mom cause he had to potty. Other people were around eating. Then a lady looks at me and says the lobby is closed. I said I'm sorry there was no sign I just wanted to order a couple things and it was for To go. Her response was snotty she even made a uhh noise and went on with well your going to have to wait then cause we are short handed. I said that's OK. And walked put so did the gentleman behind me. This is not the first time nor the 5th time they are rude. I just wanted to get a kids meal right for my daughter's birthday.

This morning I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins. I was asked at least a dozen times if I wanted egg on them and said no. 2 different people asked me a combined more than 12 times. I also ordered a sausage burrito.I was served 2 egg mcmuffins and no burrito. How can anyone believe that people incapable of putting something in the microwave or using basic speech deserves $15/hr?
