Anna R. was incredibly kind and helpful during our order. The people in front of us were acting incredibly rude, yet she interacted with them with grace, care, and efficiency. Though the other customers could have created a hostile environment, she was able to maintain an atmosphere of peace and provided quality service.
This establishment in Ballentine has gone downhill dramatically. The staff is newer and clearly incompetent. I only wanted plain wings and I asked to get flats. One girl said yes. The other girl said no. They start discussing why I can't have it. I say I'll just take the wings. I hand them my card and suddenly that doesn't work because the machine isn't reading it and "something must be wrong with the chip." I know nothing was wrong with the chip because I just used it to withdraw money and went to a few other establishment before going to lil Ceasars. I will not be going back. I will visit other locations but until they get that old staff back I can't deal with the incompetence.
Best thin crust pizza for the price
I only live 10 mins away & my pizza was cold by the time I got home. What frustrates me is I asked how long the pizza had been in the warmer & was told they just came up. If the employee was honest I would've asked for them to cook me one, but that probably why she wasn't. Disappointed...noone wants to work anymore.
Extremely Disappointed.. I am never one to leave a review but this is very frustrating. We don’t live close to one so was excited to have my favorite deep dish since we were in the area. When we got home opened it up to this.. literally close to no sauce or cheese. This is a “deep dish” even the crust seems wrong. I’ve never on all the years going had one like this.
In the past 3 weeks they were Out of pizza 3 times and 2x time they tried to give us an overcooked pizza.
The pizza and cheese bread were delicious! Having them on the way home from work is very convenient!
Singlehandedly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. While waiting for our pizzas, the employee, Austin, came outside and started taking shots of vodka in front of the store. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. It’s been 25 minutes, and are still waiting on our pizzas. Not coming back unless Austin is fired.
There was a 20 minute wait for the hot and ready pizzas. Very surprised.
I placed an order for a cheese pizza with mushrooms and olives..because I haven't eaten meat in 3 years..I received a delivered pizza with big pieces of sausage..I called to the store I was asked what did I want him to do to fix it..so I brought the complete order back to get a $45.00 refund..the manager that could give the refund wasn't there..I had to wait over an hour for the manager to come..while waiting I witness them give another customer someone else's order...dhec needs to pay this location a visit for a surprise inspection..WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN..OH FYI THE MANAGER STILL ISNT HERE..IM STILL WAITINGgot here at 5:15pm it's now 6:32pm
