I'd rate this higher but you can never come here without sitting around forever in the drive thru. Odds are they are also out of what you want.
Horrible! Mgr 03/18/2022 should be fired. Told me to come inside for a online order. Fine told her im on the way. Mind you this policy changes evertime i go there. Got inside she didn't hear my name when i told her so i spoke clearly to her then she gets an attitude saying i have to come in for my food! I didn't have problem coming in she was already stressed out and took it out on me. And proceeded to tell me how wrong i am and just walked away. To add insult to injury my order was still wrong when i got home. Unbelievable someone else had to step in and get her away to help me and its still not right. Wrong job, wrong person. Do better KFC.
It was pretty good I had them Famous Bowl it was pretty clean in the store don't have to wait that long other than that I enjoy eating out a lot I am part of this generation that loves to eat out so restaurants you need to keep it clean

NO STARS _ I ordered the Family 16 pc chickens tender's meal and they gave me nuggets not tenders. The sides were not full only half full. $47.00 I was basically scammed. Waste really KFC use to be a reliable place to get a quick meal for your family. I knew it had changed since it was sold to a foreign company. Go to Popeyes better chicken and owned by an American Company.
The manger at this location has a nasty attitude. On top of old and cold chicken.
I enjoy a KFC but this place is the worst I have EVER visited. Only 3 people in line and we waited 10 minutes to order, then another 15 to get food, expecting it to be hot it was cold and the chicken looked like it had been dragged around the parking lot. The server we could hardly hear and was rude at the window, I asked for no pickle but ended up with it, we asked for mayonnaise packets but apparently KFC don’t have them!
Ordered online, website said I could walk in and pick my food up at the counter. I got there and the dining room is closed so I had to wait in the drive though for 50 minutes to pick my food up.If it wasn't already paid for I would if gone someplace else.
I ordered my food ahead of time, but still had to wait in the drive through line. Then they said they didn't have my order. They finally found it and then I had to wait because they didn't have anything ready.
