Disorganized and poor customer service ruins what would otherwise be pretty good food. This is a summary of the issues during a single visit but it follows an overall pattern. The staff does not know how to operate the Freddy's rewards app and program. The soda fountain was out of CO2, causing all carbonated drinks to taste flat. I switched to Sweet Tea but it had that fermented/sour taste that happens when it's left out too long. Yuck. My food was fine and was delivered fairly quickly. After finishing, I returned to the counter and ordered another combo to-go (for my wife). I also ordered a custard. The combo came up quickly but I waited for the custard for 20 minutes. I had to ask for the custard along with my food to be remade since it was now cold. Unfortunately this is the common experience I have with all Freddy's locations in the area. I've reported the issues to corporate which said I would hear back from the local franchisee. I never did, even after numerous follow ups with corporate. They finally just stopped responding.
I'm amazed and the staff at this location. In today's economy where it seems most restaurants are happy to find a warm body who will show up, this place has a super-friendly and competent staff. They are always polite, generally smiling, and working with a sense of urgency that is obviously grounded in taking care of their customers. The food is fresh (no old fries) but really the workers is what keeps bringing me back. I will drive further, passing other drive thru places, because I know I will be taken care of here. Thanks for great service every time!
Horrible service. Sat at the menu board for five minutes with no other cars ahead at the window. After placing finally placing my order, I wait at the window for another eight minutes. The employee greeted me with, "What you had?" as soon as he opened the window. He then proceeded to ask me to repeat my entire order bc they had lost my order.. Mind you I was the only customer in the drive through. Which resulted in another five minute wait. Do not go to this location. F-
Wonderful customer service, great food,but they do need a traffic light there to be able to get in an out seriously!
Everything about Freddy's is bright and cheerful, from the staff to the decor. Food isn't bad for fast food and oooo the desserts! Covered outdoor seating and a drive thru.
Food was great but service was horrible. I ordered a sprite and when I received it it had no flavor like the machine was out of syrup. I requested another drink and the man running the window obliged but as he was making it started cussing under his breath with his frustration at my request. I am unlikely to return here.
It was my first time ordering at Freddy’s Anton was very patient with me and walked me through the menu she was very courteous synergetic and kind and very Swift with getting the stuff on the window definitely would recommend coming to Freddy’s for all your late night hungry needs!!
During a very very slow night they charged me like $5 for 3 toppings in a concrete and didn't put any of them in the concrete. Can't get an order right during slow time I doubt they can during a busy time. Not the first time or 3rd time this has happened. Won't repeat here. Place is dead to me!
The most polite and friendly staff of a fast food place I've ever met!Was there around 1 pm 12-27-21.Food was very good and place was very clean. Hand sanitizer on every table was nice! There were only 3 workers handling inside diners, drive through and the cooking....They were hustling and still polite! Great staff!
So this was a first. We are newish to the area and have never seen or heard of a Freddy's. Decided to give it a shot. We were not disappointed. It reminded me of Steak N Shake. It was reasonably priced, quick and plentiful. The burger was delicious (Swiss & mushroom) though greasy. Fries were hot(they're so little), onion rings were fire and the shake was good. Definitely a ? up
