I order from this Firehouse location frequently (about every week). I had an issue on March 24th and reached out to Firehouse online and STILL haven't heard back from them. It's been 2 1/2 weeks. I don't recommend ordering online at this location because of their proven track record of not being ready on time. After my sub is supposed to be ready for pickup, it shouldn't take another 20 minutes for it to be made. I never received my sub, as I couldn't wait any longer, and haven't been contacted about a refund or even just a replacement sub. This speaks volumes about the owner or general manager (not sure who handles customer service issues). It's apparent that the customer is not a priority no matter how much money you spend with the store. At the time of this review I currently have 170,407 points with them. I'm far from a person who has only ate there once or twice.
A little pricey but worth it. My favorite sub place, and not just the chain firehouse but specifically this location, best subs I've ever had. The employees are very friendly and the food is amazing, I've had a sub here every day for a whole week.
Horrible service. Came in just now to pick up a mobile order and gave my name. Couldn’t find my order the gentleman ask the lady. She looks for my sub opens it with no gloves.Like seriously. Staff didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience

The Cuban sub was very good and these chips are great.
We tried it again for the first time! Super friendly staff and really good food.The restaurant was very clean and not crowded.We will definitely be back for another Jamaica J*** turkey sub!
People working there are very nice very respectable.
Overall a good experience! Not all workers were wearing mask. The lady that took our orders was not speaking correctly and was hard to understand. She also did not take my order right! Once recieving our orders, one of the orders was right and was satisfying to my other company. My order, however, was a complete disaster. From the headache of dealing with just by placing the order, I did not even go and bother to bring it to their attention that my order was messed up. Me and my companion just ate and left.
