I live very near by. Been coming here about 3 +times per week since summer started. And it’s been slowly getting worse and worse. But it’s the simple things they can’t get right… ask for caramel swirl and whipped cream. Maybe get one. Definitely won’t get both. Maybe making coffees is harder than I think. Although I never have trouble when I make myself coffee. I don’t seem to forget things that I ask and paid for
Wow, ok first of all the lobby is open a huge step up compared to the other location on Lake Murry. The girl at the counter was super nice and extremely helpful. Our drinks were super fast and correct which is hard to do these days. The food came out hot and delicious! Will definitely be back to this location ?
Dont forget waste your time … used to come here 2-3 times a week - now Ive switched coffee places & I will never come here again. DONT order food here - the food is always burnt & tastes bad, they are always out of any good kinds of donuts & the rest are usually stale. Coffee order is almost always incorrect. Its the staff - no one cares including management. Shame that such a great brand is ruined by the employees

This place is awful! No one wants to be held accountable for their actions. Customers are patient but there appears to be a lack of training with this facility! The sign says it’s open and I’ve entered. Today, they say this means to stand at the door! Be consistent.
Two stars for customer service & quickly filling my order.Ordered the dozen donuts. Unfortunately they have less filling than usual. My family loves jelly and Boston Creme. Both flavors had only a teaspoon of filling. Of all the years enjoying Dunkin the filling always oozes out. Not this time.Please let me know when you all change this so I can visit again. Until then it’s a no for us.
In and out in just a few minutes. Three donuts for my two boys and I for our journey home. Friendly service and fast.My only complaint... What happened to the size of the donuts?! Is it me, or are they getting smaller?Tasted great, and glad the lobby is back open. Will happily return.
I ordered my coffee with coconut milk because of stomach issues. They put 1 coconut milk and took the liberty of ALSO adding 3 creams. Defeats the purpose. Then I got a MOUTHFUL of grounds. There was way more than this.
We went through the drive through last night and ordered a dozen of mixed donuts. None of the filled donuts have any filling at all. They’re just regular dry donuts. I can’t understand why people can’t just do their job.
I received my order and it was incorrect. I had to wait longer to get the issue resolved. Afterwards I drive off because I am in a hurry.I get to my destination and my order is still incorrect and my coffee is not hot nor is it filled completely. I am very disappointed
