Called and ordered nine boxes of 50 Munchkins to be picked up 5-6 hours from now. The young man told me that he would take care of it. Thirty minutes later, Brittany, the manager called my work (I guess caller ID) and told me that they couldn't fill my order. For muchkins. Nine boxes of Munchkins. In 5-6 hours. She then hung up on me.

This is the absolute worst customer service. Every time we come to this location they have a long line. We sat for well over 20 minutes. By the time we got up to the window we can see all the girls just standing around gabbing away. All we ordered was a coffee and a hot chocolate and no one had even started making them. We watched them literally just standing around laughing instead of preparing their customer's orders. We said something to the girl who finally handed our drinks over and her only response was they are short staffed. That may be true but it does not excuse not getting orders together and making people sit and wait while they socialize. Absolutely terrible service.

Had the worst experience at Dunkin on Lake Murray Blvd Irmo Sc . And it’s the reason I won’t be back . I was not happy with my order that I had just paid 18 for . I went to the door to ask for another bagel in the rain they stood in the store and just looked at me . So I went to the drive though window to ask them if they planned to help me and told them why I was there . They sent a young girl out with the bagel . I asked for the owners number of course she didn’t know but was willing to find out. Out comes the supposed manager 5/22/2022 The manager or who claims to be the manager did not know her bosses number supposedly. Told me I can’t read and that she didn’t have time to deal with me or help me . She than went back inside shut the door and never came back with the number . I will never come back to that store again . There is more to this story . I will do the survey . I also plan to find out who owns that store and let them know that even when it’s hard to find workers gives no excuses to hire horrible ones and then put them in a management position . I will take my 30 or 4o dollars I spend there a week some where else . I’ve had enough of the rude behavior like they’re doing me a favor to take my order or money . Only one positive experience at that one and seems like that employee is no longer there. I’ve never even received that kind of treatment at Starbucks . I hope that she gets more complaints before all this inflation and market falls out . Consumers are tired of giving their hard earned money away for inferior service . Don’t these employees know without us they would have no job ? But thanks for the bad service . I can save my money now and make my coffee and bagel at home . Or what I should have been doing the whole time is supporting our local business here . But your place was convenient. So thanks for ruining my daily enjoyment with your less than subpar service .

Omg!!! One star isn’t even deserved. The lady working the window was sooooo slow and very rude. When I asked for extra sugar, she gave me a cup with sugar in it. What happened to sugar packets?!? I go to Dunkin every morning, different location and I never had this experience.

Every time I go here, I have a written order and they still mess it up. I understand short staffing is an issue. Donuts are stale, pretty sure multiple days old.

I am a Dunkin fan but this is legitimately the worst Dunkin ever. They are consistently out of donuts. The staff is indifferent at best. I live near it and foolishly think it will be different every couple of months. I am wrong every time. Visit any Dunkin besides this one in town.

Sign out front is very confusing. They do not serve inside. Only online pickups inside and drive through. The staff ignore you altogether when inside. The stores music was sooo loud one felt like you were at a concert. Service through the drive through was as expected ?.

We had our mobile order mostly prepared and ready to purchase, but had a question because the chocolate milk was not available on the app and wanted to purchase one out of the cooler. When asked for assistance the lady with pink/purple hair was extremely rude and refuse to help us and told us it was available on the app for Door Dash. I showed her my app and explained to her that it was not there. She snarkily retorted “go through the drive through”This was the worst service we’ve ever had at any DD. We were following through with the request to order through the app. There is no need to be rude and refuse to assist customers.We left, with our money and gave business elsewhere.

. I placed a online order before work at the lake Murray Blvd. Dunkin. In Irmo sc. I pulled up and the line was around the building. I was going to be late for work. I'm pregnant and was craving a decaf ice coffee. I called the store Christina answered the phone very cheerful. I explained I put an online order in and I understood the dining room was closed and I explained I was going to be late for work could I cancel the order. Instead of canceling she told me to meet her at the front door. I ALMOST CRIED. there was only 2 people working with a line around the building and she still took care of me with a smile. THANK YOU CHRISTINA!!!!

I went there this morning, and yes there was a wait even though there were only 2 cars in front of me, HOWEVER, the young lady was by herself. She had not even put her personal belongings away before she got to work. She got my order correct, my sandwich was hot and coffee was on point. Now with that being said SHE SHOWED UP, SO THANK HER AND LEAVE A TIP!!!
