I have a "Slice the Price" card, which I paid for and is a buy one large, get a large pizza for free deal. If you use this card, you have to call in to order to get the discount. So, every time I call what is supposed to be the Irmo branch number according to Google, I'm sent to some ordering person who is not at that branch, who after they ask me several questions and I finally tell them I'm using the card, then they transfer me to the actual local branch and I have to start over with my order, which is annoying. This evening I was transferred yet again, where someone was taking my order at the Irmo branch (he was a young male). I had a hard time understanding him. He never told me what I owed for my order. He just asked if I wanted to pay over the phone or when I picked up my order. I said "When I pick it up." Then he hung up on me! I'm really hoping it was accidental, but he was never exactly friendly throughout the order. He seemed unprofessional in more ways than one. So I guess I shouldn't be surprised he cut me off on the phone, but wow. What customer service! I love Domino's pizza, but I think my loyalty to buying their pizza might be over. It's not hard for me to move on. I like Papa John's better anyway.

I just moved from Nigeria to USA, I had the same great and consistent Domino's Pizza. I had a better customer experience here, awesome!

I ordered online it was a breeze. Especially considering they have that option where you can just order your favorite. But I'm not here to talk about my favorite order I want to talk about how quickly my pizza was done from the time I place my order and how quickly they bought it to my car my hazard lights were not on for three flashes ....now you think about how quick that us???I just want to say job well done again thank you guys for being at work and I just want to give a huge shout out to Matthew because Matthew prepared my pizza and everything was phenomenal

Very disappointed with my last delivery. Both medium cheese and large meat pizza were severely undercooked. They were both hand-tossed. The crust was very thin and soggy. I had one slice, then pitched the rest in the trash. So much for the App that tells you that "XXXX is doing a quality check of your pizza!" I won't order delivery from this shop again. If anything, I'll pickup and check out the pizzas before I pay. I called back to complain and received no satisfaction.

Got two raw pizzas two weeks in a row and when I asked them to recook it instead of refunding me i was told it'd be cooked the exact same way and they couldn't do anything about it ?

The pizza is always amazing. The personnel inside the store are top notch and couldn't have been more helpful. I give them A+ !

The pizza is always hot and ready before they say it will. Not always perfectly shaped crust/dough, but only a Dominos aficionado would know that. ;) I love pizza and this is a great example of Dominos pizza.

Domino's is usually pretty on-time and friendly, not just this one, but many others. As a delivery restaurant, it's pretty good.Speaking up for the drivers, as a former driver for a different location, tip them if you can. Nothing in their minimum wage pays the extra expenses for using their cars to drive food to YOUR home. Does gas, oil, new tires and other maintenance magically appear every night? No. (Talking to you, Angel Lopez.) Of course, if your driver is rude or otherwise disrespectful, do what you need to do. For the others, their wages pay for their own bills, often to feed their kids too. If they don't get enough in tips and spend the majority on gas and maintenance, it's not a worthwhile job. Soon, you'll have to wait an extra long time, pay even more for the food (to account for increased wages of hiring new drivers) or go get it yourself. You'll probably never have to worry about your food being messed with, but having a friendly driver goes a long way toward the occasional extra service.Oh, two more things. First - When they deliver, put your phone down for a few moments, say hello and treat them like a person - not just another faceless uniform. Second - mark your home well (both sides of the mailbox) and turn on the lights at night. You might be able to easily spot your address, but it's not so easy with all the different possible locations they have to see each time. Trust me, you'll get your food a little faster if they deliver to the correct address on the first try.

Always made just right and very quickly! Delivery drivers are very friendly!

Tim you are the best. The staff at this dominos store is well organized. I like it. Whenever they deliver food, they make sure the food is hot and fresh. I love it. Keep up the good and hard work. 5/5 from me :)
