The place was disgusting the dishes were dirty the service was terrible
On my way to work, I called in an order. I stopped by to pick it up and left a tip. When I got to work on the other side of town, I discovered there were no eating utensils nor syrup for the pancakes. When I called, the server was dismissive and told me that I could drive back and pick it up. This was not feasible being that gas is almost $5.00 a gallon, I drive an older conversion van AND leaving my students unattended would get me fired or locked up. She offered a manager, who subsequently was too busy to talk to me. When she returned to tell me the busy news, she asked for my name and relayed that the manager would give me a free meal. I explained that it was not about the free meal, but about customer service. She became agitated and asked me what would I like for her to do. I offered two suggestions: 1. Apply customer service protocols; 2. Show empathy when customers have paid for their food and the order is inaccurate. I asked her if she could do that. Her tone was condescending when she asked, “So, what would you like to do?” I told her that I would lambast this establishment across various social media venues until the busy manager and all the employees understood my point in calling back to report an issue this morning. This is the first post.Sincerely,Customer Service Quality Control Corrector
I ordered a hamburger medium. I was served a rare hamburger. I sent it back and management sent me a message that this is how they cook their hamburgers and I should have ordered it well done. They took over 30 minutes to redeliver my hamburger and simply put the same fries back on the plate. We asked to speak to the manager and he sent back a message that he was too busy to speak to us. We left the redelivered hamburger on the table untouched. We will never go back to this location. This is the second bad experience we have had.
Ordered food online. Waited nearly 2 hours before the manager even came and acknowledge me and my son. Even then he was nonchalant about the issue of me not having my food and waiting nearly 2 hours. While I was waiting, I watched people come in to dine. They were served, ate, and left while I waited. One of the waitresses was very rude when I was trying to ask questions about my order. Now I have to wait 72 hours for a refund for poor customer service. I do not recommend that you order food online at this location as I was not the only customer waiting on food. Chances are you will be waiting in line for hours and hours.
Pretty busy at the time we showed up, after 10 AM. Wait was only 15 minutes. At least the store is easy to browse. Service was pretty quick and food delivered quickly. Cracker Barrel is always nice and predictable. It's a great go to when traveling.
Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Half the food for group came out, we were told the rest was on its way, only to not see our waitress for another 30 minutes. We complain, get a sarcastic response from our server. Manager comes out, still no food, half of us left never having eaten anything. And she still charged us for half the meals. Absolute disaster all the way around. No explanation, clearly our orders were lost or never entered. This isn’t even all that went wrong, just too much to type. Stay away!!!
I stopped at this Cracker Barrel on my way to Charleston and on my way back home to Atlanta the following day. Service was fantastic, food was good and the restroom facilities were very clean. It made a nice place to stop, eat, and relax for a time in a safe environment as a female traveling alone.
Awesome Staff. Delicious food. Hot tea was perfectly hot!!
Very good service and food was delicious
The slowest, sorriest service from a Cracker Barrel ever. I hope this isn’t a growing trend for them as a whole. Strongly recommend staying away from this location until better management can be achieved.
