Worst Chick-Fil-A ! We have been waiting 20 minutes (and counting) for our dine in order. No team work whatsoever! They cater more to the many yo go orders candy do not have any regard for the fine in customer. When we have ordered to go, we NEVER have all of our order and the fries are cold and greasy! Worth the drive to Lexington if you must have Chick-Fil-A.
Just like many other Chick-Fil-A’s and the company reputation of fantastic customer service stays true with this particular Chick-Fil-A in Ballentine with being my personal favorite in Columbia. The reason being because the workers actually seemed like they enjoy their jobs and even created relationships with customers and remembering who we are as we enter the building and ordering our food. ??
Have had hundreds of chick fil a sandwiches over my life and this one was the worst I ever had. That having been said it wasn’t all that bad, it’s just not a chick fil a filet.Service was slow and a generalized clusterf*** behind the counter and we didn’t get what we ordered. The food not being good was the kicker. As I said, this was the worst chick fil a filet I’ve ever had in my life.If all Chick Fil A’s were like this one, I wouldn’t go.
With the standalone Harbison location closed for renovations, I have been coming to yhis location lately. You may imagine my excitemeny when I found out that I did not have to sit in the drive-thru lanes any longer and could order curbside via their app. The service was fast and efficient, but their curbside parking spaces are in an absolutely terrible spot. Be careful! You are backing out into what might be a clear but narrow lane, but you have to be extremely careful not to end up hitting someone sitting in the drive-thru.
This is the 3rd time in 3 months this had happened to me. Drive thru order was completed. Got the food in bags of course and was stupid not to check it before leaving. Drive all the way home and found my order was missing several items from the market salad. No dressing, no diced almonds, no granola pieces and no fork to eat it with. Called store and was told I could drive back and get the items I was missing or give them my personal informative to mail me coupons. Really?? I told the employee they deliver in my area all the time and would they just have someone bring it to me, as it was their error and well... Gas is 4.29 a gallon. They said no unless I ordered food for delivery. I'm through with this location. Yes, I should have checked, but the employees should have too! Thanks Mr Arnold and crew for a very unpleasant dinner.
It has definitely changed since everything woth Covid. Went this last Saturday and you had folks standing all around you waiting on orders while you dined. Cashier we had was ok, definitely not one of there best. This location has also gone done to 2 cashiers at a time and that really holds the lobby up. They definitely need a bigger lot to be on and a bigger building.
Well. First time writing not a great review for a CFA location.Floors, well; greasy and nasty. It was explained to me that "is the finish of the floor". But it is not. I've been to many Chick-fil-A and they all, for the most part have the same floor tiling. This one is just plain nasty. Maintenance for this location was almost at Mickey D's level. Yikes! - slippery nasty floor.. Lawsuit waiting to happen. :(Two stars as Food was good!
Went last night on 3-17-22 and the young man who took our order was so nice. I continue to be impressed with their prompt service and the good manners of the employees.
It is always good. I have never been there and gotten bad food or bad service. The employees were are always courteous and polite. 2 thumbs up ? ?
I ordered a 4-piece chicken strips meal for my wife, with fries and chocolate shake. I also ordered myself a Chicken deluxe meal. First problem was the drive through line was extraordinarily long and moving unusually slow. Second problem was the restaurant neglected to include one order of fries. I didn't notice this till I got home, because after waiting 45 minutes in line I was frustrated and in a hurry to get home. The third, and most significant problem was my wife got sick within 90 minutes of eating her chicken strips. Symptoms resemble food poisoning. She says she can still taste the chicken this morning, 13 hours later, and she's still suffering gastrointestinal discomfort. This is the restaurant on Dutch Fork Rd in Irmo, SC.
