Stopped for a Whopper yesterday. My son was with me. He's 14. Food was good. But seriously? You wait in line for ten minutes at a drive thru? That's fine. But no "Hello" or anything. Just my order confirmed and total. And no "Thank you" or "Have a good day" or anything. What ever happened to manners?!Yeah, I'm sorry you had to work. But if you're gonna make a push to increase minimum wage, do the minimum and learn some manners.
Like there sandwich however for some reason they all were not on the same page , as they open the window , several times and ask me what I ordered , they were arguing who was supposed to be doing what , that leaded me to believe no one knew what each other was doing , so like what's the use in HAVEING a manager !!! , If there was a manager in the building this should have never got this far !!!! Just saying my experience , they pulled 3 of us over I had the man's ordered next to me he had someone else order lol lol I thought it was funny playing musical chairs with food lol lol NO I DID NOT GET MAD I KINDA TRYED TO CALM ALL THE OTHERS DOWN BY SAYING ITS ALL WRIGHT , THE will work it out I drove off with a whopper x 2 FF desert and a large drink all for my ice water that I ordered lol lol , so I just stop in at the shell by the interstate got m water lol lol thanks for the Lunch Burger King !!!!!! Lol I think them for it and tryed to give it back several times she handed me my receipt for my order witch was not my order I explained lol , so I gave up she kept saying to me this is your order , but lady at the first window in the end after the came to me at the window I explained to them I'm the order with only ice water omgosh I did not want something that wasn't mineFelt guilty after I eat it , b that time my low sugar was kicking in lol so I had to eat lol lol it was funny the other two people walk in confused as hell lol lolAllen retired
Posted February (*edited*) I don’t recommend this place at all if you’re in a hurry.. they make you wait, they take forever and then they get mad when you tell them what’s up. Even if you were stern but polite. And then the next time you go, they’re completely and totally rude to you so then ur scared to order for yourself. It’s just not good service. And I don’t know what his name is but he looks young, and he gave me a bad attitude. Not professional at all.I do Doordash on the side and we are constantly having to wait on these poeple and they’re rude. They assume that because were door dash, we’re not as important. But what these people fail to realize is that it’s not about us. There’s also customers waiting, it’s not just the ones in the store. AND I’m pretty sure DD customers order 30 minutes or so before customers in the store, AND they gotta sit there & wait on their orders when they’ve paid double in DD fees. Some customers are sick or scared of Covid, they have no choice. It’s not fair. I understand low staffing but ya gotta figure it out. And they better figure it out. Not coming back.
The absolute worse!! I live less than a minute from this location, and every time I have visited this place has been horrendous. They just renovated, so I was hoping they renovated their staff as well. No such luck. I watched people drive off from drive thru due to no response. I sat at the speaker for 20 minutes. I wanted to see how long it would take them.. it didn’t happen. When I pulled up to the window, they ignored me for several more minutes and then told me they could not take my order at the window even though no one was behind me. The manager was extremely rude, and the “guy on the grill” that was wearing a bling pot necklace actually threatened me when he said “do you want us to act our age”!!!! I’m not sure who to call or contact about this. I am furious. Something should & needs to be done. If Brandy owns this location, he needs to know that he is losing a ton of business due to the lack of care & character with the current staff. He has most definitely lost my business. I am done.
So, the process for ordering online at Burger King, is to order through the app as usual, then drive to Burger King, sit in the drive thru line until you realize no one is going to respond to any of the cars sitting there. Then you park, go inside, sift through all the online order receipts until you find yours, hand it to the person behind the counter when they finally recognize someone is standing there, and wait for them to fulfill your order.
I was sooo afraid service would be slow but it was exactly the opposite. Service was fast and efficient...burgers were fresh and the fries hot. Bonus points for that ??
This is the slowest drive through in town. And that is saying something compared to Taco Bell. But the food is usually good if you are willing to wait.
The location is a perfect spot run for a quick bite, however the customer service is so lacking that we almost asked for our money back. The two gentleman working seemed annoyed to be there and the older gentleman who took our order was more concerned about walking around in circles and looking at tickets. We get it, every where is lacking staff, every where is suffering. With that being said, if you treat your customers like they don't matter and treat job like its worthless then when your restaurant has no customers, you won't have to worry about staffing. Definitely will not return.
It is better than McDonald's which ain't much to say.
Very friendly staff. With speedy service.
