Arby's never disappoints. I love their triple chocolate cookies. The Ballentine store has improved greatly since their opening.
Dined in... dining area clean and we'll stocked... bathrooms clean... Pecan chicken sandwich was good...they do mostly drive thru...polite...only con- location hard to get out of when turning back towards the tntersection...
Drive through service was fast and efficient, order was perfect, and the food was delicious. Very impressed! I'll be going back soon!
Consistently out of tomato slices but they don't tell you! You get your order home and none of your sandwiches have them but are COVERED in extra mayo (like that makes up for no tomatoes). DISGUSTING! Frequently leaves out the marinara for Moz Sticks too.
We're very lucky to have this new Arby's in Irmo and I try to go at least once per week. On my last visit, the food was hot and freshly cooked. Good service.
Arby's television commercials have been TEMPTING my tastebuds since I had breastc cancer surgery ?? three weeks ago......so, we indulged MY request.ARBY'S REUBEN is better than MY REUBEN and there's no mess to clean up....lol( OH, MY Reuben jams, btw !!!)The hubby got his usual---BEEF-n-CHEDDAR. As it HAS BEEN his go-to for more than thirty years, it remains TOP o' -the- LIST.We even got a fish sandwich to go for our WHITE/YELLOW LAB.She GOBBLED hers down in four big bites.???No complaints from HER either!And, one more thing.....the restaurant was immaculate from top to bottom and inside AND outside.CUSTOMER SERVICE ?????!Bathrooms were clean and fresh-scented too!!It was definitely JUST WHAT the DOCTOR ordered!!!
These young kids did a great job of running this place. They constantly cleaned tables and we received fast service from friendly employees.
Quality food, but it is on the expensive side. The counter person was extremely pleasant and helpful. Restaurant was immaculately clean. Go for the new Diablo Dare chicken sandwich. It brings the heat that Chic-fil-A only dreams of...
