Pretty good setup right here, staff was pretty nice and felt like a family almost. They worked fast and efficient and the food was great. Always liked Arby's, but this location is quiet, and a great place to sit down and eat a relaxing meal; while their not busy that is. Came here when it was a little slower, but regardless, it was a great experience. Would recommend
Ive never had a bad experience until tonight. Ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich and a turkey and bacon sandwich, was pulled up to wait. I figured hey at least it's fresh. Get home 20 minutes away and neither sandwich has bacon. Make it make sense. I worked all day , I just wanted some bacon.
One of my favorite fast food places. Service kinda sucks but its fast food. They keep getting rid of the good menu items though
I'm done with this place. They won't post a note on the door saying lobby is closed. They open up at 10. Can't go in to ear. Have lobby closed even after opening up. Just save your time and eat somewhere else.
Terrible experience. Food was subpar, beef and cheddar was drenched in too much cheese, the milkshake was gross and half melted when I got it. Do not plan on returning.
The picture of the new sandwich vs the actual sandwich are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Sandwich was good but I feel like I didn't get everything. Had to be something missing.
Drive through person was rushing me but I understand. Window young man very pleasant. Food always good.

I highly would suggest reading this post… I went to this location after a long day at work, I love Arby’s but after this experience I do not know if I will ever go back to another one…. Disgusting ?Chicken Sandwich and Fries.. I told the Manager to drop and cook everything fresh, looks like they served me a uncooked chicken sandwich , called corporate and they should be f/u the case…. If this was done to me, it’s no telling what can be done to you who’s reading… I highly suggest going to a different Arby’s at another locationUPDATE 12/15/2021I forgot to state that on the night that this event taken place I called corporate, the operator stated that he noted the situation in the system!!! It has been 2wks , I was sick after eating here, the pictures reveals it all… I highly suggested that you whose reading DO NOT GO to the location horrible, I called the manager too she hasn’t even offered a refund nor redo the order that I’ve placed…. On the night that this happened I was starving coming from an 8hr shift job…. This is officially ridiculous!!
Most of the Arby's I visit are pretty good, and this is no exception. The staff is pretty friendly and there typically isn't a line. Since the restaurant a couple properties down always has a line this has become my favorite. I've never been disappointed with the food I've gotten from Arby's.
