I had an issue with a salad on June 16 2022, this was the first time I had ever actually done one of the surveys on the bottom of the receipt. I called and the lady I spoke with was very nice (unfortunately I didn’t think to write down her name bc I figured she would be there upon my return), she told me to give my name when I came back and they would remake my whole meal. Flash forward to today, I called to verify that I could get my meal replaced and Aaron politely told me he would make my meal for me just come through the drive thru. So I went to the drive thru and the “General Manager” Rod came to the window and basically told me it never happened and I never did a survey saying anything bad. I have the survey number written down. He says I’m not in his log book so it never happened. He told me to go inside to get it straight, I did refuse to go inside because of his attitude of “it never happened.”
This is one of the best experiences I've had at a Zaxby's location. The manager on duty was Rod, and he was assisting a new employee who had been on the clock for only 45 mins. Despite having a very large order, our order was 100% correct, and Rod helped ensure that the new employee got everything right. Not only was Rod a pleasant and helpful employee, but so was the rest of his team. Thanks Rod for your exemplary service.
This chicken is insanely juicy. Best chicken on the island hands down! Greg was pushing cookout, but Zaxbys lived up to the hype.
Unbelievable, this place is NEVER open when I try to go. I just drove in today at 7:02 pm in a place that is supposed to be open until 8 and all lights were off so I’m guessing they closed at 5 or 6. Happens all the time. I’m done with them.Fortunately the plaza they are in has a great Java Burrito place that is always open when they say they will be with excellent food and customer service so I just go there. All the other restaurants in that plaza, and there is at least 4, were open and serving so I’m not buying the lack of help excuse. Get new management at this Zaxby’s or shut it down
Arrived a few minutes after 7 PM and it had just closed for the night. At 7:00. That’s a first… never seen a fast food restaurant that closes at 7. And to boot, the website and the hours posted on the restaurant door say it was supposed to be open until 8 PM. If they’re going to close at a ridiculously early hour, the least they could do it accurately post their hours.
Ordered through ZAXBY’s app. But store is closed, as per the store hours written in the gate, the store is open. App doesn’t have any refund option
Forgot to put eggs on my boss’ cob salad and I damn near got fired! ? my personal salad was superb
Quick service, tasty food, but no dining. It would be nice to sit indoors.
Walked in, greeted the lady, she gave me a very rude look, didn’t even say hi back and then she asks “what do you want”? Extremely rude. I left without any food.
I have to make a new account every time i come here to write a new bad review. This will be the last the fight is over. These careless employees didnt bother to put a cash only sign in front of the drive through that you cant escape once you drive in. Im calling corporate shut this place down
