went to the one in Hilton Head SC the person taking our orders barely could speak or understand English. they left out half of our order. what food we did get was HORRIBLE the fries was yucky. the sweet tea taste like plain water it was color but had no taste. I don't see us eating at another Wendy's any time soon
Absolutely amazing! The strawberry frosty was phenomenal! I visited about 10pm when the restaurant was nearing close and the workers couldn’t have been more kind! I was very very pleased with the enthusiasm and overall effort this wendys put into making my experience the best! I wish I wasn’t on vacation so I could visit this wendys more often!
DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is extremely rude! I am a deliver driver as a 2nd job, and I went to pick up an order for a customer (NOT ME) and they said I had to “wait in line like everyone else” as if I were being a rude customer. I hope these people aren’t able to vote, wowza! To complete the story, I did wait in line in the drive through, and waited at the window while the window operator was pointing at me and calling names to his coworker until I respectfully reminded him that I was there for a a pick up, and the order had been sitting there the entire time.
I repeated my order 3 times the girl had an attitude and she got it! All it was ... was 2 bacon double stacks. Not that hard. After all that I still ended up with 2 plain cheese burgers. So I pull in a parking place, go in and still ended up with no bacon and 2 pieces of meet on a bun. I gave up at that point. So my recommendation is to check your food well before leaving the parking lot and if you are in a hurry go in so you can check it at the counter.
Baked potato hit the mark to stop my hunger. Pleasant service. A little wait in drive through, but not too bad. All in all, a very good experience.
I get it, its Wendy's and not a 4 star restaurant, but I absolutely cannot recommend this location to anyone. The counter person on duty was absolutely miserable and borderline unprofessional. Sincerely, go eat anywhere else.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through for the staff to tell me they cant take my order because the last order is at 11:50pm. The car in front of me was part of my group. Their receipt says 11:48pm (order placed at 11:45pm) I heard the manager tell the employees not to come to the window or speak to me but two employees came over. One went to get the manager. He refused to come to the window but I heard him asking the employees \\\"are they still there?\\\". After waiting a few more minutes another employees and asked the manager to speak with us. He finally came and refused to serve us and lied about the time of the last order luckily my group was waiting at the end of the drive through with their receipt as proof. He still refused to serve us. I told him he needs to be retarined as a manager. He closed the drive through window as I was speaking. If I could give zero stars I would.
You could tell they were short of help very few people in the dining room they do have those select your own Coca-Cola machines. Had to go back a couple times because of an incomplete order.
Don't know why you would hand out the meal at one window and the drink at the other window. But aside from that the food was great.
Shut down drive thru and redirected us to inside ordering. If you only have staff for one then shut down dine in in this covid time.
