Our server Max was excellent. My food was good but not great. Excellent wine! Great ambiance. We will be back

Phenomenal food!!! Amazing service!!! Ryleen (not sure if I spelled that right) was one of the best servers we have had on the island since we moved here!!! Everyone from the hostesses to the food runners were so friendly and polite. A truly great dining experience this evening!!!!
Chris bartender very personable entertaining great cosmopolitan. Bar selection is very unique draws you back to try more. Bar back was gracious and welcoming. Menu entrées not for all, one in party loved it the other not so much. Jason server exceptional, did a fantastic job handling requests of numerous large parties without losing that personal touch with our party of two.
Interesting menu offerings reflecting many influences. Service was very considerate and food preparation excellent. Good drinks selection. Havenât had rack of lamb so well prepared in a long time and the red snapper special was also excellent.
The food is excellent here, very fresh ingredients and great flavors. We had the charcuterie board, surf n turf, and snapper. All exceptional. The wait staff wasn't great. I'll pay a premium for good food, but when the greeter at the host stand can't even force a smile it kinda kills your buzz. The waiter was jovial and pleasant but isn't going to make much money if he can't keep his head in the business. Dude disappeared constantly. Owner should beware, keeping people like these on staff is going to drive down business. I imagine it's tough to find good help, but they need to keep searching.

The food was fabulous. It was obvious that quality ingredients were put into everything. Taste was spectacular. Presentation, lovely. Service, outstanding. Good value for what you pay. The cocktails, outstanding. We will be heading back soon.
We loved our server. The food was fantastic.
My husband and I came to HHI for our honeymoon. Lucky Rooster has a modern ambiance, which was a nice change of scenery compared to the other eateries. We had the calamari for an appetizer, which was good but a little greasy I think the fresh tomato elevated the dish. My husband had the burger and we thought it was delicious, I had the steak and frites, which was also excellent, maybe a smidge salty but overall delicious. For dessert we had the peach cobbler which at first I was underwhelmed by but then I bit into it and thought it was delicious. It was not overly sweet and the peach really stood out. Would get every time. What really stood out to us was our server Riley! She greeted us with a huge warm welcome and she made our dining experience worthy of a honeymoon dinner.
