Came in there with my children at 7 pm after soccer. The night crew told us the lobby was closed. I called in the am to check with the store manager who claims our lobby is open until 8. Very rude disrespectful. Told my children we had to leave when they sat down to eat even though they were open for another 45 mins. Take your bussiness else where!
has seemed to got better with the self service drive through haven't had any issues yet. been there 2 times first of its kind that I've seen and the system seem to works well
Store supposed to be work until 8 PM ,we come at 7:20 but the guy just close the door and doesn’t wanna make any orders. 1/14/2022 7:20.Bad service.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST RESTAURANT YOU COULD CHOICE TO EAT FROM. I WORK IN THE AREA & THE RESTAURANT IS VERY CONVENIENT. THE CLOSING STAFF ARE SO VERY RUDE AND NASTY. THEY ARE NASTY WHEN IT COMES TO FIXING FOOD, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE RESTAURANT HAS A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS CLOSES AT 8PM...... WELL DON’T GO TO THE RESTAURANT AT 7:30 PM BECAUSE THE LAZY EMPLOYEES WILL EITHER HAVE THE DOORS LOCKED AND SAY “THEY HAVE TO CLEAN EVERYTHING UP SO THAT THEY CAN LEAVE AT 8PM” ( WELL THEN CHANGE THE CLOSING HOUR TO (7:30PM). THE HISPANIC LADY THAT WORKS NIGHTS GAVE ME 3 FREE SUBS BECAUSE SHE HAD ALREADY CLOSED HER CASH DRAWER DOWN AT 7:30 AND I WASN’T GONNA THROW HER UNDER THE BUS, BUT AT THIS POINT HER AND THE ENTIRE CLOSING CREW NEEDS TO BE FIRED & THE STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL PROPER EMPLOYEES CAN BE HIRED. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THE NIGHT CREW DON’T WASH THEIR HANDS, AND THE RESTAURANT IS ALWAYS FILTHY AT NIGHTS. THIS STORE DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE A “1 STAR” I’VE BEEN A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS AND THIS IS THE WORST I’VE EVER SEEN A RESTAURANT!!!!!!! I WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL CHANGE IS MADE!!!!!!
