Hours were “confirmed one week ago” by google. When we went in and browsed the menu for 3+ minutes the lady was rude when we went to order. She said they were closed and the hours were changed to 7pm instead of 8pm. It would be simple to say that when we walked up to order instead of letting us wait around on her.
Giving 2 because normally it's okay but today whoah. Yall have a newer employee who needs to learn customer service. I let it go the first few times but today I just want my coffee and I have to listen to her talking about how much she doesnt want to be here as she flings my drinks at me. They dont taste right and when I asked her if the dirty chai had a shot (because i watched her make it and she never even went near the espresso) her response is it's a dirty chai. Disgusting customer service. Honestly I'll just be going back to my coffee from home because this isnt worth it.
Love love love HT. It is hard to believe they are owned by Kruger. Staff is friendly and selections are good. Wish their Starbucks stayed open longer than 7pm. That would be another star. If you work and shop at night this is a let down.

Rude employee who was on her phone, had a sign up that said the barista was away but she was clearly just sitting at the register. Then I saw a second sign BEHIND that sign that said their coffee maker is broken and there is no coffee. How about a sign on the door or something? Wouldn’t have been so bad if she wasn’t annoying and rude.
Like Publix...super clean and super helpful staff. Highly recommended.

No food we didn't get anything. We stood in line for a few minutes til we realized they had nothing. Starbucks should take a page from Waffle House
Small inside the Harris Teeter, so no drive through and limited selections. Nice staff who are in need of a renovation. Poor girl had to walk all around to get supplies like ice. But it's easy to access, seating area was clean and it's set off enough from the Teeter enough to feel like it's on its own.
