Great hole-in-the-wall bakery and sandwich shop. Best bakery I know of on the island. Cinnamon rolls the size of dinner plates, great selection of breads and HUGE sandwiches at great prices.

Got a Rye and Baguette yesterday at Farmers Market. Ate baguette on ride home to HHI. Sliced rye and had Brie and Procuitto sandwich for dinner with a glass of red. Thanks my friends—-you certainly made my day??!!The best bread on The Planet
The best kalamata olive bread I’ve ever tasted
Sprout momma sandwiches were wonderful. Made on the best bread I have had in a long time. We got a regular Reuben sandwich and a vegetarian Reuben sandwich, so nice to see some vegetarian vegan choices to pick from. Also had some great pastries for dessert. No inside dining but some tables outside to sit at. We went right behind it to the Hilton head winery and got a glass of wine and sat on there outdoor table to eat our sandwiches with their delicious wines. Great pairing!
These were the absolute best sandwiches we have had on HHI and we live here most of the year!! Had vege Reuben and Vegan BBQ!!! Craving them again today!! Also bought a loaf of bread and just had a piece and could eat the whole thing!!!! Yes it is a bit hidden on the north end of the island but worth the few extra minute drive- a hidden gem for sure. Can't wait to return!!!
I don't write reviews often but this place is so out of the ordinary that it deserves notice. Fantastic sandwiches. Fresh baked bread to make the sandwiches, 3 inch layer of high quality fresh ingredients. Unbelievable that they can serve at their prices. So far we've had the Rocky Balboa, Filet Mignon Sammie, and Mommas Club. Each better than the next. A small out of the way place that must be tried!
