This was one of the worst food experiences my family has had. Ordered the 10oz steak med/well. Had to heavily salt it as it had no flavor and very dry. Potatoes and beans same thing no flavor. The picture shows what they took back, wasn't worth trying to take with us.My husband ordered the low country boil. Again, NO FLAVOR what so ever. The portions were small for the price as well. The kids burgers had no flavor, 2 burgers thrown out because the adults didn't even like the flavor.Just all around food sucked!I hate that I made our family of 2 adults and 3 kids wait for 1.5 hours for this.

Did not disappoint! Be prepared to wait as this is an extremely popular spot. We were added to a 2 hour long waitlist but snagged a table in the bar area after an hour. You can grab a drink and walk around while you wait, watch the sunset and enjoy live music. The food was absolutely amazing. We shared a few appetizers: rolls, Mahi tacos, shrimp and crab quesadilla and crab cake. The portions were large and the food was super fresh! Our server was quite busy so didn’t have time to be super personal but we understood and were just happy with our delicious food. I would absolutely recommend and go back!

We had to wait almost 2 hours to be seated. Most of the food was delicious though. Prices were way too high. There was a beautiful view of the sunset. That made for some gorgeous photo opportunities. My only complaint was the fried oysters were bite-size. My wife got the Fried Fisherman's Feast. It cost over $35 and had the amount of food a $20 plate would have at other places. My wife gets fried oysters at every seafood restaurant we've ever been to. They are her favorite. She knows how they should be cooked and how they should taste. They were seasoned, but, not seasoned well. They were so tiny that she could barely taste the meat itself. She mostly tasted the crust. When she asked the waitress and later the manager about it, she was told that during cooking the oysters will shrink in size. We're from Louisiana, where seafood reigns supreme. Oysters do not shrink when they are fried. The manager was kind enough to get her some more oysters; so, that was nice of him.

This restaurant was fantastic. Everything was made perfect- from drinks, to appetizers, to entrees. My fiancée and I ordered 7 food items, and everything was so much better than we were expecting. All the menu items sounded delicious and it was just too hard to choose. Based on our visit, you can order anything and be sure to enjoy it while enjoying an amazing outdoor dining view. The service was wonderful and overall a great experience.

We never thought we would get in. We arrived at 5:15 had to an hour for a table inside. GREAT Drinks (Sunset), Great Food (Mahi-mahi), Great View.

Skull creek Boathouse is our first stop every time we go to the island. The outdoor patio has amazing views. The creole cobb salad is delicious. My son loves the chill bowls. The catfish is amazing! You won't be disappointed.

Molli ROCKS! A fun server, offers recommendations for menu items, enjoyable to chat with and you can tell she enjoys people. The Lowcountry Boil used to be my favorite, but it changed a few years ago. Molli made sure it lived up to my expectations! She brought extras to add and it was PERFECT and just as I remembered. The boil is a LOT of food and easily two people could share it and add a salad for each. The shrimp is perfectly cooked and so yummy. Coconut shrimp is my hubby’s favorite and his usual order. The fried shrimp was a good portion, they don’t skimp on the food, and enjoyed by our son. Wait is usually long, go earlier around 4pm. Enjoy the dock, the bar, and save room for dessert.

This place has been my favorite for ever. Went back on the 4th. Shrimp in so longer calabash style. Beer is not cold. The shrimp was over cooked, fries had no taste, hush puppies were burnt. I should have known when I didn’t have to wait 2 hrs. Went from the best in the world to just another bad seafood restaurant. Too bad.

Food is was good and the views were beautiful. Wait was only about 25 minutes at 5:30p for dinner. They were BUSY though but kept things moving. Deviled Crab Balls were amazing, crab legs fantastic, peel and eat shrimp was ok (had better), but their Sushi was very good. Well worth the trip and price tag wasn't horrible either!

The food and waiter was amazing. However we had almost a 2 hour wait to be seated which was rough. Overall good experience.
