Great ice cream especially on a hot ? day!
My husband and I visited this establishment today and were pleasantly surprised. He ordered a Misto Shake which is like an Icee and custard mixed together. He ordered key lime Italian ice with vanilla custard. He was hoping for orange Italian ice to go with the vanilla custard, but it was OK. I ordered coffee custard with chocolate chips for my concrete and it was delicious. I highly recommend it. It was a little bit pricey, but probably not so much considering the Hilton Head location.
Our daughter (who has celiac) loved the slushies or Italian ice from Rita's. Great option for a fun treat on the island! My only issue is that some of the staff seemed very "deer in the headlights" when I asked about the gluten free options.
Mango gelati is the best.
Very good Italian ice with many flavors to choose from. Frozen custard with different flavors too.
My favorite Italian ice... especially wild black cherry. Visited today, closing day for the winter? Purchased a quart so I could enjoy it a little bit longer!
I think their ice cream tastes like frozen cool-whip. Many better options in the Coligny shopping center.
