Ordered a pie on line. Never got a confirmation email called restaurant eith at least 6 tried to get someone to pickup at Papa John's but they had no record of the order. So we ordered from domino. You guessed it...a cold pizza from papa John was delivered. We did get domino too! Taste test domino won!
Poor business. Ordered online and was told 42 minutes. It took over 90 minutes before pizza arrived. Called and asked and was told that on their side it said 90 minutes. Will never order from them ever again.
Pizza didn’t spend enough time in the oven and waiting time is way too long and it’s impossible to cancel the order because you have to wait on the phone about more than 30 min.. may be longer.. I did not check :)minus one star because my order I made by mistake (did not change location in the app) today was picked up even though I didn’t pick it up. ( I received notification Delivered)
We got a thin crust pizza with 3 bacon toppings. It had hardly any cheese and sauce on it . By the time we got home it was was like eating bacon on toast. I called the manager the next day and he was very nice. He put a free large pizza in the system for us. We picked up the new pizza, no apology.!we brought it home. It was ok. Same person had made both pizza. We won’t be back. Disappointed
Don't bother ordering delivery here. Tonight was my 3rd time having to cancel my order because they took too long. Looking at the tracking map and the car avi never left the location. Just like the last couple times. Giseppis is expensive but I'll pay extra for better customer service. This place is a joke.
My oder was cancelled without any correspondence. When I called and offered to come get it, they refused to me at the top of the line despite the fact that I placed an order hours before I needed it, then the employee hung up on me and I was left to feed 25 people with zero notice. DO NOT ORDER HERE if you don't have a plan B
My order was made correctly, and also delivered earlier than what was showing on the tracking page. Happy with the food and service!
Called 5 different restaurants to try and find someone to even let me place a to-go order with no luck. Logged in online, placed the order and it was delivered fresh within 30 minutes. The driver even let me know I left my van door open lol!
Seemed busy, and short staff took a little longer than I'd suspect though I also mist consider it's Saturday, and people typically order delivery due to covid. But they were nice, attentive and appreciated, for coming to work today! Thank you!
After driving 11 hours from Ohio I didn't feel like going out for dinner. Ordered two pies and was told they would be here in 1.5 hours. No big deal, it's Friday night and they're busy. 40 minutes later, the driver shows up at our rental condo with two hot pizzas. He was very nice and polite. I'd order from them again in a heartbeat.
