The Panera bread on Hilton head island (not the Bluffton one as they are terrible) is excellent with the rapid pick up. They put your ticket with a cup on the shelf so you don’t have to wait in line to ask for a cup. If it is something they have to make they do it. They do it properly. Thank you! I was able to just pick it up and go like it is designed to be.

This store has gone down hill. It use to be a busy and a clean place to eat a good meal; not any longer. We were the only customers and it too a long time to get our food. My soup was room temperature. The salad was fresh though. However, we won't be going back.

One is too high of a rating for this shop. My husband ordered a very simple order and neither the caramel latte nor the breakfast pastries were correct. We are at a resort and I will be sure to tell everyone not to go to this panera's

Stopped for lunch two weeks ago and enjoyed a well prepared chicken chipotle sandwich - overall it was a good lunch experience .

This is the best baking of any Panera’s franchise that I have found along the East Coast. My wife loves the Four Cheese Egg Soufflé in the morning while traveling. Recently she has had many that were flat and tough. I “explained” they came by truck frozen and probably the cafes baked them the best they can——then we found this Hilton Head Island franchise that was repeatedly great. My favorite breakfast item is the Egg White, Avocado, Spinach on Bagel Flat—-after many over the past couple of years—it reached perfection here with toasting that gave a little crunch and improved taste. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for breakfast——-open s at 7 am.

Was very delicious, had very friendly staff!!

The food was great and the service was great as well. Tasty sandwiches and soup. Perfect for a cool day.

Totally got my breakfast order wrong. Ordered sausage & egg. Received egg only. Charged me for coffee even though I am in coffee club. Took 10 minutes to ger get someone to fill half & half container.

The order was made correctly and the food items were prepared with minimum wait time. Restaurant was clean and tables sanitized.

I visited this Panera while on vacation a few weeks ago. After a 20 minute wait, i left with my 10 dollar tuna sandwich. When i ate back at my hotel, there was only a film of tuna on a slice of red onion. I could see all of the onion through the tuna layer. That was abysmal, and the worst so called sandwich in my life. I wish i could post the picture.
