This is a good restaurant with an even better view of the lowlands of South Carolina. I would recommend trying their oysters, the crab cakes as an entree, and the key lime pie as a dessert. The restaurant has plenty of parking available, and a nice gift shop on the way out. However, it can admittedly be a little bit of a tourist trap. And because of that, it is usually very busy with many tourists, like myself. Keep this in mind when considering this restaurant, and consider making a reservation if available.

I would say the food was average. We had hush puppies which was plain cornmeal fried, no Onions or flavor. Husband had the seafood platter, the seafood was average, the fries were limp and tasteless so didn’t eat those. I eat vegetarian, so I got the fried green tomatoes. Which were good but could have used a little more pimento cheese. I will say the view is wonderful, right on the water. The inside and the outside of the restaurant is also very nice. Our waitress was great!

July 4th dinner at OOF was phenomenal. Our server, Taylor, was very attentive and took care of us. The oysters were excellent, as was the blackened swordfish. A great place to view the fireworks and have a relaxing dinner. Even though they were extremely busy, our dinner wasn't rushed and our meals were top notch.

I went two days ago on a Sunday afternoon with a group of girls. We weren’t able to secure a reservation but went for an early dinner and they were able to accommodate. We sat outside and it felt really nice, but the sun was a bit brutal for some of our party. Our waitress, Candace, was able to help get some umbrellas set up. Nothing negative to say. Service was great, and it was clear that our waitress enjoys what she does. Drinks were really good and the ceviche and cajun pasta were to die for.

Called in here deliberately to get the oysters on our way to Savannah. Service was good, food also pretty good. Husband was disappointed with the size of the oysters (a common theme during our trip), but said that they tasted fine. I had the fish tacos which were excellent

Got an excellent meal here. The BBQ shrimp appetizer was great. Also have good French Onion soup. Seafood platters have enough food for two. Service was great. Beautiful views of the marshes. The outdoor deck with music is really nice.

One of the bartenders at the hotel we were staying at suggested we try this restaurant (said a lot of the locals went here). We thought the food was excellent - but obviously, you should like seafood. The Neptune Platter, the Grouper, and the Blackened Mahi were favorites - as was the Wedge and the Hush Puppies. Do make reservations - we went early (around 4:30). When we left, the parking lot was really getting full. The interior of the restaurant was very well done and the service was good. They did have plenty of outside dining but it was hot this June. This was definitely a restaurant worth visiting.

Great visit on Tuesday night for dinner, fireworks and fun! Great salads, great raw oysters. The gumbo was too tomatoey for me. Service, view, atmosphere was great!

Great food, seated on time, great service! Had the Mahi mahi and marscapone dessert. Husband had the fried green tomatoes and calamari. Both great. Will repeat!

Service was spot on. Excellent cocktails, skip the Mules. The food is served very artfully arranged plate. The food is very flavorful and salads are good as well. Dessert is excellent; Key Lime pie, creme brulee. The view is beautiful.
