ordering thru screen slows thing down.
Pulled in to see 12 cars in drive thru lane....2nd lane was closed. After 20 minutes decided to park and go in. No one at counter. You have to do your own order on kiosk. Did that. Made my drinks. Waited for my order only to have parts of my order missing. Atleast 6 employees standing around. Fries were warm to cold. Just don't get it..maybe 2 other customers sitting at tables....Now I remember why I don't goto McDonald's!
Pulled up to the drive through, lady greeted me through headset then proceeded to ignore and not speak to me. Told her my whole order and everything. I waited about 10 minutes before finally pulling out and just going to a different restaurant. I know fast food is hard and annoying but your there for 8 hours, the least you could do is your job ya know.
I wouldn't give a star if I didn't have to ! We started our order, the girl never said another word, we kept saying hello in the speaker. We drove around to the window to find out the problem....bam ! Lights off inside, employees outside under trees in the corner laughing and having a good time. Twelve was the advertised closing time and it was 9:35 !!!!
The service here was absolutely horrible. We entered the lobby and stood at the register waiting to be helped for about 4 min. While staff members looked in our direction several times without even acknowledging us. After asking if someone was at the register we were told we had to use the kiosks. We had six people in our party that we had to split up into two orders. Unfamiliar with the kiosks we asked for help the first time and the response from the staff was as if they didn't care to help us at all. Crazy thing Is if you use the kiosks and select cash someone from the back had to come to the register to take your cash. But you can't take my order. Never been to a MCDONALD'S where using the kiosks was mandatory. Worst experience ever.
Now I went to this location three times within this weekend. Here on vacation. So the first night, the staff was not that customer service friendly April 9th night shift. We had two vehicles order off one ticket at the drive thru. The food should have been split between the two vehicles. It was an issue to do so. Asked for some sauces she tells me the price I have no problem paying and then with an attitude says don't worry about the price. Again just not friendly at all . Then second time, April 10th at 3pm we go in, you can't order at the counter, you have to use the kiosk. The kiosk is not user friendly. Had to keep asking questions. Then when it was time to pay, because I was paying cash I actually had to pay at the counter. What was the point in using the kiosk if I had to pay with the girl at the counter. The last time was the best. Best customer service, friendly staff, smile on their faces. This was tonight April 10 at 9pm. Please give this staff all praise because they were amazing. Because I had been there so much with the kids, for the happy meal she allowed me to get a different toy since she had already had the other ones. Overall staff needs more customer service skills.
Was 20 mins and never got order taken , never got food so we just left
Never bad employees and Hilton head island bad service They need to change, the employees speak badly to the clients, I will never go again and I do not recommend it because they do not respect the clients anymore, they do what they want, the brunette does the same thing several times and the bosses do nothing with a person So
It was great. My breakfast sandwich was fresh and hot. The 2 for $4 deal was a real bargain.
Good customer service, missing my daily mocha frappes
