Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I called the store at 6:47 AM to see if they were open (their website said they opened at 6:00). The individual who answered said they opened at 7:00 AM. We went to the store, and sat at the drive thru from 6:57-7:10 AM. I called the store 3 times while we sat and waited. There was no response. There were no fewer than five employees in the kitchen at the time. Not one answered my phone calls and not one manned the drive thru. Avoid at all costs.

If I could put a negative 10 stars I would. This McDonald's is the very worst I have ever been in. The staff is rude and expects you to order your own food. Well when its a special order they should do it to make sure it is made right but no. The staff got mad and walkes off so I and my family walked out!!! This McDonald's needs to be shut down!!!!!

Customer service is dead. You must order from a kiosk inside. If I knew it would take as long as it did, we would have just gone to a breakfast diner. We had to ask for napkins in our to go order. There was no place for the customer to get their own napkins (etc). The staff was nice enough but no one was in a real hurry to be helpful or go the extra mile.

Always an incredibly slow drive-thru line and it’s always wrapped around the building due to the long wait. Tried using curbside/mobile ordering and there’s a sign saying you have to pick up all curbside orders in the drive-thru. So, there’s no point in doing that because of the long wait. Kind of defeats the purpose of doing the mobile order. Most of the staff I’ve encountered have been rude and bothered by you choosing to visit this particular location. Have actually been sitting in the drive thru line as I write this for close to 10 minutes and have only moved one car length closer to getting to the screen to even place an order.

Customer service needs to improve and they shouldn't get an attitude when people use their app for special since they said they don't have the dollar menu, anymore.

Service at the drive thru was VERY slow. It seemed the problem was at the ordering point. I'm sure a car ahead of me waited at the speaker almost 5 min before ordering.

Sat in line for 10-15mins. Got to the screen to order was asked to hold on. Sat there another 15mins while I listened to the staff play around while accidentally hitting the mic button. Guess my business will stay with the one over the bridge..

What a beautiful remodeled store. Great customer service, food and fries were hot and fresh.

The employees at this McDonald's are very kind and helpful but the manager here as a piece of work. Even when the manager is being belligerent the employees are still trying to be helpful and kind. Lebanon why this store has a very low rating when the manager is standing outside talking to people in their cars while the drive-thru is lined up.
