We got a take out order of two calzones tonight and one was much smaller than the other which is pretty odd (and disappointing for me since mine was the smaller one). Oj top of my calzone being smaller, I found a long black hair baked into the dough about halfway through eating. So obviously had to throw it out and make myself dinner at home. Was hoping this would be our new spot now that we live north end of the island but sadly not. 2 stars because the bartender was friendly and it was a short wait in the busy season.
Amazing crust, tasty ingredients, delicious sauce and great starters. We were thrilled they could deliver into Hilton Head Island Plantation. Fast delivery, friendly staff. A perfect meal to commence our vacation after our 16 hour drive!
We were a party of 15 and while we knew there would be a wait to be seated we also told the hostess we did not have to sit together. We were quoted 30-45 minutes for random seating. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting, we watched several smaller tables get seated, one of which was a 6 top and the hostess sat 2 people at that table!! Hostesses were extremely rude and manager avoided us to explain why. The bartender was awesome and very apologetic but we left and took our business elsewhere!
We go to this restaurant every year on vacation and usually have a great experience.We will never go back!!! Bartender was great, hostesses and manager awful. We had a large party of 14 and were willing to split in to however many tables it took to sit down and eat. We were told a half hour wait and waited an hour and a half while table after table were seated with people that came in after us. The hostesses were incredibly rude and told us they were listening to their manager. The manager never came out to speak with us. We left without getting seated. We will not return!!!THIS IS NOT A Buckeye bar. BUCKEYE Nation (even though the decor is awesome) you would be treated better in a restaurant in that state up North!!!
Fun atmosphere. Our food was wonderful, well priced and we had fantastic service!
We got a carry out pizza and garlic knuckles, both of which I would never recommend to someone. The pizza was missing one of our two toppings and honestly was pretty close to frozen pizza quality. The garlic knuckles were small and definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed in this place. I can only imagine the people giving 5 star reviews are Ohio State fans or something or we came on a VERY off night for the kitchen.
I had a pizza delivered to my house and it arrived with a entire chunk missing from the middle. When I called to ask about it the manager laughed at me (twice) and refused to give me a refund. He claimed that the hole in the pizza was from the pan (unclear as to how that would happen or why they would still serve a pizza with a hole missing). I work at a restaurant as well and have never had a pizza come out of the oven with a hole put the middle. I’ve been going to this pizza place since I was 5 years old and they just lost a long-time customer. Horrible customer service.
If you're a Bucks fan you will enjoy the atmosphere. Being originally from Ohio it was a bit nostalgic. Food was OK, not great but not bad either. Prices were reasonable and the waitress was friendly.
The service was great, I enjoyed the garlic knots and low county wings. Prices are mid and the location is easy to get to on Main Street with lots of parking.
Ive eaten here probably 10+ times a lot of times orders for pick up and last night when we ordered FOR PICK UP like I told Avery over the phone she I guess didn’t hear me because to my surprise for some reason 45 minutes later there was a delivery person at my door and I had too call my brother and tell him to turn around and not go pick up the pizza like we wanted too and on top of that of course tipped the delivery driver and noticed I payed a delivery fee and my brother ate cold pizza because you guys decided to deliver the pizza after we asked for pick up I also have noticed lots of change in the pizza every time I go I know consistency is very hard but is a true sign of a good restaurant overall I expect better from you guys
