Trying to decide where to go on a date night while on the island and a food truck certainly would not be a traditional choice... but we read a few reviews and decided to give it a try. OMG the best Mexican food I've ever had! The Mexican street corn was phenomenal! Loved the steak quesadilla and even the Philly burrito was soo good! Without a doubt will visit here again when we're back for another vacation!

This may be the best food we have eaten in Hilton Head. Simply amazing. Our group had carne asada, chicken, pastor tacos as well as nachos and a burrito. All were delicious. Best tacos on the island.
Amazing.. if that’s all I could say I would! My boyfriend, and friend and I are all visiting in South Carolina and my boyfriend discovered this amazing food truck. I recommend if you’re visiting do not leave without eating here!

Jesses Island Food Truck catered our wedding about a week ago on Hilton Head. The food was AMAZING!! Everything was so awesome and all everyone could say was how good the food was and how nice everyone was!!! Thank you again and we cant wait to eat with y'all again and again!!
Excellent food. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The shrimp and fish street tacos were delicious. Must stop here if visiting Hilton Head.

This was such an unexpected gem! I had the vegetarian tacos and they were soooooo good! The queso was really amazing. My brother and sister absolutely loved their meals, too. The employees were extremely kind and fun to talk to. We highly recommend it!
