Great wings, although not the correct sauce. We went on Tuesday and enjoyed bogo tacos. The bartender was good but overworked, they definitely need more help.
Service was great. Food was great. Tons of TV's if you want to watch a game. Kids menu was really good if your bringing the family. They even have apple juice. Didn't get pics of all the food because everyone started eating so quickly but here's pics of the queso dip, pretzel bites, and kids chicken fingers plate.
Service was great, food came quickly and had a nice feel to the environment there. We ate outside as a storm rolled in and had a great time.
Hickory Tavern has amazing food. I had the smothered steak and every single bite was so good I wanted more. My husband had the nachos and said they were really good too. Our adult kids had the burgers and enjoyed them as well. The mixed drinks were great and the atmosphere was low key. It was a perfect dining experience and we wish we would have found it earlier in our trip. It was a nice quiet place to enjoy conversation. Our waitress, Lakesha, was fantastic. So attentive and fun. The manager even came and checked on us to make sure everything was good. Prices were reasonable. We highly recommend Hickory Tavern.
We stopped here as a family of 4 adults and 4 children coming into Hilton head. We found this place random as we were all starving and said the next place we passed we were going to stop and let me tell you we were very impressed. Not super expensive and the burgers were AMAZING! The service was great also. I will definitely be stopping again here soon.
Very pleased with Demorah’s friendly service. Smiling, she apologized for a delay just after 7 minutes of the order. Sweet. I never got that before.The tables are huge, great for large families. There is a separate room for parties. I can imagine fun of a BD there. I liked the burger and chicken sandwich.
So good we went twice! Everything we tried on the menu was excellent. Fresh with great flavor. The restaurant was busy but the service was still pretty good. You could tell staff was trying to keep up and the great food made up for it.

Trust the bad reviews when you see them!! Received all drums for our wings and no flats, when we did not request this. The chicken quesadilla lacked cheese and had one hunk of chicken in the middle, lemon pepper wings were way over seasoned, medium wings were bland, & they left out the tator tots on the kids meal. The delivery driver took an extra 30 minutes to arrive, so our food was cold, which wasn't the restaurants fault. But our driver got "lost" even though the hotel address and room number were given. The only thing pleasant was the two ladies who answered the phone when I called to make a change to the order and when I inquired about the driver taking so long when we were only 5 minutes away from the restaurant. Needless to say, we won't be back!***UPDATE*** The response from the owner/manager on all the negative posts are fake! They ask you to email them to discuss further, but no one answers your email. They're just trying to appear proactive and as though they care. Simply pathetic!
First time here. The place is pretty big in the inside.. has a bar in the center. There are like 50+ tvs and a huge projector screen. Also a sitting area outside with tvs. Went for lunch. The food was very good. The service was excellent. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back
