Walk in order from menus above you will not be disappointed..Went on Thursday, understand weekends can get crowded..Go anyway, had encaldas came with beans and rice...fresh food including all salsa etc..GO GO GO
From the pleasant young lady who patiently answered our questions from behind the counter to the salsa bar to the plentiful offerings of authentic Mexican food, a great dining experience. The restaurant is tucked into the backside of a building and I am sure that it can get packed during the regular dining hours of lunch and supper. We dined mid-afternoon and had the place to ourselves other than some after school families who came in. My wife had the Taco Salad with grilled chicken and was very pleased with the contents of the salad and generous offering of guacamole. I chose the chimichanga with the steak and left stuffed. A very clean place and obviously the family who runs the place takes great pride in the food they serve.
Enjoyed a quick lunch, the salsa was amazing too! My wife did the chicken flautas and I had the steak nachos.
Have lived all over and love great flavors. Fiesta Fresh will not disappoint. The hard tacos are fried like they are supposed to be! Husband had a Flauta. The salsa bar was great, too! The food is really good and very clean -
I don’t typically write reviews but Fiesta Fresh Mexican Grill in Hilton Head is deserving of one. The food is so fresh and delicious! The staff is beyond friendly!! The service is quick and very clean. We will definitely be back every time we visit HH.
This is an average option for a takeout in HHI if you're craving Mexican food. We ordered chicken fajitas, fish tacos and tamale. The tacos were good, but everything else was about average. The salsa bar has several options for salsas with varying spice levels and kinda makes up for the average food, if you sprinkle enough of it on.
Placed a catering order for 30 people with only 4 days notice and everything was made and packed to perfection. The staff was very friendly and the order was made exactly how we requested. The food tested fresh and had a lot of flavor. We will be back to eat and order from here again.
Really good food. Loved the staff. Prices were good. I visited twice in one day. I hope they stick around for a while.
Undoubtedly among the Best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The Fish wrap was amazing, highly recommended. My wife had a chicken burrito that was great. Several home made salsa options available. Very reasonable prices. Eat in atmosphere is fairly basic and simple, but we we took our food to go. Fast, Friendly and helpful service. Busy place.
We come here multiple times every vacation. We all love this place, esp the kids. You cant beat the service and food for the prices. Breakfast burritos are also fantastic.
