The staff at this Dunkin Donuts are the most rude people I have ever dealt with in my life. If I could give it a 0 I would. Don’t go here unless you want your morning started off in a bad mood. Do not recommend.
Coffee was good, staff was rude, bathrooms stalls didn't lock and needed a TLC, sink was falling off the wall and grout was gross with bugs in it
Dependable quality no matter where you are. I had a $2 TMobile reward, so got a cappuccino at drive up window. Order taken promptly and server was friendly. I happen to like Dunkin and appreciate the lower prices for espresso drinks compared to another well known chain.
This is the worst Dunkin Location in the area. I have ordered through them multiple times with door dash and they never make my coffe right it's always disgusting and bitter when I asked for cream and sugar in my drink. Today I ordered a Pink Dragon Fruit refresher, they didn't tell my dasher that they were out of that flavor so they gave me a peach one. Then wrote a sorry excuse on the inside of the bag. If you are out of something your supposed to contact the customer. I absolutely hate peach and this drink is disgusting. I have given this location too many chances. Your better off not ordering from them at all, regardless if it's doordash or in person.
The manager at dunkin on hilton head is so sweet! i stop there a few days a week to get a drink early AM before school, and i always see just her (may be alone or just can’t see others) & she is SO sweet. always a good attitude & hard working. she needs more recognition!
I have been to numerous Dunkin's and pretty much ordered same bacon, egg and cheese plain bagel, but this bagel was so very chewy and old but preheat. Coffee was a good as always.
This Dunkin' Donuts location was tucked away and hidden as many places are on HHI, but inside it was a very nice, rather large, Dunkin' Donuts. Had a coffee and donut, both of which were perfect. Service was efficient and friendly.
coffe with no coffe, I called and instead of apologizing they yelled at me and said that I would come back and that if I did not want to or could not they did not caresecond time happen I paid for a large coffee for the first time and they gave me a medium one, the problem is that they know it and they don't care
Super quick and easy to grab breakfast. Egg, bacon and cheese croissants were hot and delicious! Employee was patient and friendly as the kids decided what they wanted in the drive thru.
Absolutely worst dunking donuts ever. Complete waste of time visiting, ended up with no food.
